Call me crazy, but I cannot STAND when people post online about how 'ill' they are as a sympathy call-out. Be ill, take care of yourself, and get better - no one cares about your child lunch, or the fact you're rotting away on the sofa in front of daytime TV. I have friends who do it and it drives me wild.
