I’m actually in Harold’s neck of the woods next few days, Yorkshire coast. Although I’m here to see the albatross currently flying at Bempton, can’t imagine that being Harold’s scene. If I do happen to see him I’ll report back!

I think he looks much better this weight then when he's coked up and a gangly looking knobhead. Just wish he'd OWN it and not pretend to be a size XS. Yes you've gained weight, we all do. SW is not good for maintaining and it's OK to admit that you fluctuate.

I'm just enjoying fat thighs Harold for a moment because he was the most smug, arse licking berk on instagram. He also lied about being on slimming world to gain popularity, so I'd say it's come to bite him on the arse now he's clearly off the

Yet someone like me, never once begged for freebies, been as honest as I possibly can be, follow it properly and is on the verge of getting my 13st award after maintaining at target for 3 months before I changed it without the help of a gastric band like orange nicola . They've openly warned people from following me, doxxed me, all the while they get fatter and I get thinner.

UPDATE!
No sightings of Harold, but I did finally get a snap of the Black Browed Albatross early this morning, after three days, including a ten hour stint waiting at the cliffs yesterday! He’s probably one of the rarest birds ever seen in the British Isles, if you all ask nicely I might share a picture on here!!

As requested! Not the best quality, but my camera isn’t the best at capturing birds in flight! The second bird is a Red Tailed Shrike, normally found in Asia, and only the 8th of its kind to be seen in Britain. He’d landed in a farmyard about a mile away from the cliffs!
