The fake baby (so obviously fake it's beyond a joke) at this point of the game just shows how right the RF are in how they've played it. Harry is in way over his head. I hope the first thing he said to her when he landed in 'Canada', is 'What on earth are you playing at!'.

so strange that in all of those recent Pap shots, they just ‘happen’ to get the money shot of Megan looking directly at them, almost like she was a willing partner...

I think thats her pal, Mulroney, running that site. Its got affiliate links behind the products, so someone is making money out of it. And to work out specifically what each item is so quickly suggests some insider knowledge. And the style of it is too refined to be some rando blogger in a basement.
