I can't imagine why Catherine would need to work in the evening on her Carol concert so I'm not buying that excuse for her not attending.

Nor did I.

I thought the govt offered subsidies to encourage particular crops, but not that they could turn round on a whim and say "More X". Surely they should be giving at least a season';s warning, so that you don't as you say, invest in particular seed etc and then find it isn't useable.

This fecking govt is intentionally destroying this country IMO.

She may have had a busy day with it and wants to sit at home with her feet up. TBH I rather hope she's on a go-slow and only doing what she wants for a while.

Every time she makes an appearance she gets abused by assorted Squaddies and/or sections of the media. She gets very little public support from BP, except when it's worth it for them.

Who needs that sort of shite when you're trying to restore your health after cancer/chemo?

The RF could always bring back this wonderful asset instead. Rather than Catherine's elegance, charisma and dignity, let's plumb the depths with good old 'Darling Boy'.

I can't believe anyone in their right mind would want it back. What did Tessa Dunlop say? Glamour? Haz is about as glamorous as a cowpat. Probably smells like one too.

In the DE article about Catherine missing the event, much was made of her illness and compromised immunity, her slow return to duty, but I thought that Chuck was supposed to be cancer-stricken?

I don't know if this is the German documentary that has been in the works for quite a while but if it is it doesn't sound very interesting and seems very pro Harry. If this is the case then I'm very underwhelmed and I also thought that the documentary was going to be on the both of them yet it is appears that it is only covering Harry for some bizarre reason.

Wasnt there just an announcement made that Charles and Camilla would attend the Carol service this year?
If so, that will poo-poo the idea that Camilla doesnt attend the same events as Catherine because they have fallen out.

If you have a chest infection then you won't want to risk passing it on to a family member who is recovering from chemo.
Isn't that a more likely reason for Camilla to not attend the same events as Cathetine recently?

Jeez, am I really old fashioned? I don't want to see ANY bleeping baby 🚼 bumps at all! I find it nauseating when paraded in skintight clothing with belly buttons showing, or worse, a great big bump shown off with no clothing over it at all. It's crass, attention seeking and it just looks chavvy!!(no matter who it is).
What's wrong with loose clothes??? (and breathe).
