Unless I am mistaken this rules out Hazno because he is absent from the UK and, for example, if the King was taken ill while abroad and couldn’t carry out his duties and the queen decided to stay with him, then she would also be ruled out because she would be absent from the UK at that time.

Reading further down the Letters Patent nothing can be done by the CoS without consulting with a long list of people ..... too long to list here, so no way could Hazno
, or any other CoS do anything off their own back.

I expect the wording will be the same for all the visits KClll makes abroad.

It was some time in 2023 that Chuck amended the CoS rules with a Letters Patent to remove the need to reside in the UK to be a CoS, as per the old law.
It wasn't in the press at the time but someone posted it on here a few weeks back. I can't remember who or the LP date and I can't find it on Google.

So although Harald is absent from the UK, the new LP makes him eligible to be a CoS as of whatever date the rules were amended with the LP last year.
I'm sure you're right that others have to be consulted in Chuck's absence, but the problem is that the Stoat is now legally entitled to attend a CoS meeting. Nobody could stop him, and William must be hoping that nothing happens while Pa is away.

Presumably they'd be obliged to inform the other Counsellors that a meeting was to be held? Including Harald. There aren't many CoSs, only 6, and he's one of them.
The king has gone out of his way to enable this, gone against the wishes of his family, public opinion and the advice of his aides.
Anyone know why?

Also, the Ho has stopped pretending to be something she isn’t. She pulled the wool over his eyes, pretending to be his ideal woman, liking the same things as him, willing to give up everything for love…she’s given up nothing, made zero effort to fit into his life, and it would have to dawn eventually, even for a moron like the Stoat, that she isn’t what she presented herself as. This was in a video (TRG?) a little while back, but here it is again. Anybody else carrying on like this would be suspended from trading at least, or released on bail while their accounts were forensically examined. Not the Stoats though, the rules don't apply to them.
Archewell were banned in May from raising funds, then this was reversed and they were reinstated and allowed to raise and spend funds!

I've never seen anyone on a surfboard look like that. Why are Hazno's legs so wide apart? It makes me feel a bit sick.

Is blackmail the reason that Charles is acting so peculiar, he knows that if he doesn't accede to the stoats wishes, then his going along with the fake pregnancy or surrogacy will be brought into the public arena?

Sorry, my fault, Charles first official visit as King was to Germany in March 2023 and these Letters Patent for that visit were the first issued after the list of CoS was altered in late 2022.

I remember reading once that standing with your legs wide apart is a dominant stance. Perhaps she read something similar and that’s why she does it. What no one seems to have told her is that it also looks uncouth and unladylike, not to mention ridiculous, when you’re trying to look glamorous.

When I had my knee replacement I found having a wee was hard work. All that sitting down on the loo with a knee that wouldn’t bend, then the effort of standing up.
For a few weeks I didn’t bother with knickers, wore dresses and stood over the toilet and peed straight down into it. Exactly the same stance as Meghan.
