I think the problem for TRF is having definite proof rather then strong suspicions. Also if they took action they would be accused of being racist, vindictive and those who are pro surrogacy would also attack them. It would be a PR nightmare. If it comes out in the news, it will be easier for them to take action without it looking vindictive. A lot of people strongly believe she didn’t give birth, but we’ve no proof (Yet). The bump photos are weird for sure which is what started the speculation, then add in the secrecy and the birth certificates and you’ve a perfect storm of suspicion. H&M have expertly kept the RF on the back foot for years by constantly attacking them. The stress is awful and they have been in defence mode for years.

I had my birthday a week ago and I wanted to have a small dinner for my friends and I couldn't get the list to below 20. Friends from high school, from college, from different workplaces and, of course friends-of-friends-who-become-friends. All close, all people who would have my back and that can count on me. The next day, I had lunch with my close family and we were 10. I am not an actress, I always lived in the same city, I am not famous and I wanted something small and private. Still I had 30 people to celebrate with.

The ILBW, marrying into TRF had to invite complete strangers and had five friends and her mother with her. This, right there, told us everything we needed to know about her.

I'm still hoping that he bankrupts himself with court costs and lawyers fees. I should imagine that Meghan is concerned about that too, far more than her husband 'slaying dragons'. She most likely wants him to drop all the court cases so there's some money left for her divorce settlement 😄
Hugh Grant dropped his legal case a while back because of the costs involved and he's probably richer than Henry.

Black Belt Barrister said he'd never seen such an angry judge. (Well not, quite, but that's how I read it, I like to think that if beheading was still an option for p*ssing off the court, Hazno would be running round in ever-decreasing circles around his own (probably still whinging) noggin by now.

They may well try that, but how will they get round the lack of doctors' signatures on the official birth announcement? Bea was born at the Portland and her announcement was signed. As was Eugenie's two years later. So the RF can't claim it's only a Lindo thing.

Since TLQ's Dad did away with the witnessing of a Royal birth by someone from the Government, those signatures are the only proof that the birth was Royally legit. Allowing an announcement to go out without them is entirely on BP.
 
Just saw an ad on the tv for a programme called "Spotlight". It's on tomorrow (Sunday) and will be on Prince George. Don't know what angle it's taking but the RF expert says it will be interesting to see what the man he will become when he grows up and the voice over says will he be the one to save the monarchy.
 
I honestly don’t understand what Harry hopes to achieve with his law suits against the media. He must know they won’t go anywhere. Obviously his lawyers will be winding him up to continue because that means ££££ for them. But I don’t see what possible benefit it could have for Harry. I can’t imagine MM is a fan of his paranoid crusade either cos she won’t wanna see all that $$$$ go down the drain.

I will never understand how they were allowed to secretly birth 2 children - and one of them in America, and have them added to the LoS without a murmur. No one else has been allowed to do this - what makes them so special? And if she wanted to ‘modernise the monarchy’ then being open and honest about fertility issues and surrogacy would have given them huge star power - Edward and Sophie were very open about their struggles to good effect.
