As somebody has suggested in the comments could these German articles have anything to do with the German documentary that is supposed to be coming out in December.

Why would she be suing if there was a surrogate? Is she suing the hospital because she thought there was a leak? If there had been a leak, we would have known all about it. This is not making sense and probably is one of Enty's stupid made up blind items.

This is where his arrest becomes even more sensationalized. There were plenty of people at his parties that had nothing to do with the sexual antics. Not every party was a "freak." The problem for these people is that their names will be associated with him. Outside of a few, like JLo or Bieber who had actual relationships with him, most will fall by the wayside.

I would think that she might be trying to sue the German documentary team to get the documentary pulled - the documentary is supposed to being going to reveal the surrogate story with evidence
