And what a fabulous thread it was. That unlubed appliance gets around. My hubby even made note of it, and offers the Great Unlubed to anyone deserving. He uses it like an Irish Blessing whenever appropriate.

Well, if these "friends" really want to 'go there', lets go!

No, they won't be filmed kissing on a beach. A married couple, who've had a hellish few months, being affectionate in front of their kids? How unbecoming.

They just had an affair while both being married to other people. And four kids got hurt in the process. Much more acceptable.

Yawn. A lot of people with cancer really appreciated the video and the sentiments expressed. Catherine "rang the bell" in her own way as is her right.

And she may be immuno-compromised. It's not just cancer. She's probably still being treated for the original condition. The plans for managing that, post-operation, probably went out of the window as soon as she needed chemo.

Also, aside from the good stuff, Diana did rather a lot that wasn't. Maybe Catherine should go on telly and talk about the RF. Like Diana did. And Smeg did. Would this friend like that?

The family should count their blessings that the Middletons raised a decent, respectable, discreet woman. Who's raising the happiest, most grounded Royal children we've probably ever seen.

KC3's friends really need to button it. They're as bad as Hazza and his email account. They're not doing KC3 any favours, whether he agrees with them or not.

... and an extramarital affair where the King talked about Camilla's tampons? - RE wants this sort of regal behaviour?
 
According to the DE Smegs wore this new piece of jewellery on both days at the book store thingy ………

Meghan donned white and black outfits but on both days she sported the stunning 18k yellow gold Fortuna tennis necklace with diamonds by Logana Hollowell - a new item in her jewellery collection.

The glistening piece retails at £23,327 for the lab-grown version and £39,605 for the natural diamond one and comes out in yellow, rose and white gold and various lengths. Meghan opted for one of the shorter lengths.

Spending his inheritance before it’s even in the bank???

I've just read the comments. RE backed the wrong horse with this one. He made himself look small, bitchy and petty.

People have pointed out that the media are clearly pissed off that the Waleses have their own PR strategy. One that doesn't always include them.

And that the DM joined in with the Catherine-bashing back in March.

William and Catherine probably don't give a duck what the DM thinks.

As I’ve posted before, unlike a lot of the posters on here, I’ve been lucky never come across a Narcissist in real life, however someone I know slightly has begun to annoy me intensely when I’m with my group of friends and we’re just chatting about our everyday life. I couldn’t explain to my husband exactly why she was irritating me so much, so I did some internet searching. The term I was looking for is Main Character Syndrome.

The traits are quite similar to Narcissism, but are phrased a little differently.

The signs of MCS are shown as:

  • Attention-seeking Behavior: Always steering conversations back to themselves or exaggerating stories for effect.
  • Dismissiveness: Showing little interest in or outright dismissing the concerns and experiences of others.
  • Drama Creation: Regularly creating or thriving in dramatic situations to stay the center of attention.
  • Entitlement: Expecting special treatment and feeling slighted when it’s not received.

It felt strangely satisfying to be able to use the correct term for why she made me roll my eyes so much. Unfortunately, now I’m aware that this is actually a recognised thing, I see and hear it happening all over the place and I’m constantly analysing everything anyone says.

I think this is yet another personality trait that applies to Ms Markle in spades. So, congratulations Meghan, another flaw to add to your character
