I think William seems to be the adult in the family who says it like it is (along with Anne, Sophie, Zara & Mike and perhaps Edward)

I also think that William called out Megain for the photographing and bulling of Charlotte and attempting to bully Catherine as well - remember that Catherine gave birth just 3 weeks before the wedding so Catherine would have been heavily pregnant or early post partum - possibly with underlying health complications (pretty sure Megain chose the date because she assumed Catherine would look puffy just after giving birth)

I also think that a lot more went on in the joint office than staff bullying - pretty sure there was financial fraud as well. There were rumours of Megain and her little Canadian friend charging KC full price for her clothing, selling it on the sly and pocketing the money. Megain kept "gifts" from dubious sources. Also I'm pretty sure that PPoW know full well that those badly made bridesmaids dresses didn't come from Givenchy. Who has ever heard of "couture" clothing being made from measurements only without fittings. Catherine knows this very well as all of her clothing is made to fit. I bet Megain ordered them from one of those Chinese sites where you just send measurements but when they arrived they were badly made

(it is the type of cancer that older people are routinely screened for every 2 years - not gynae
it has been long rumoured that she has certain tract issues ..)
Marc Dolan attempted to cover the reveal by providing the usual caveat.. but as LD stated that she knows the PoW well - then no reason to doubt her.

Blinky you can say it. This is not exactly a secret. My theory is that she had a segment of her colon removed due to Crohns disease and when the segment was examined by the pathologist, pre-malignant and/or malignant cells were detected and that is why they are giving her chemo. Apparently this is not unusual with bowel segments from Crohn's patients and that is why they go looking. I am leaning toward pre-malignant/in -situ cells and given who she is, they opted for the chemo. It may have taken a while for her to start the treatment because they were getting 2nd and 3rd opinions on the pathology.

Yes likely as a result of IBD which the original surgery was for I've always believed. Often involves temporary stoma and reversal
One of the patrons of her children's charity is an IBD consultant

My nurse colleagues and I all concluded it was bowel. Firstly because of the length of her hospital stay and secondly because had it been a gynae cancer she would have lost her hair with chemo. I’ve no idea who Linda D is but I don’t think she had any right to talk about this on national television.
 
OMG, shame on GB news and linda bitchface D whom ever/whatever she is. This is tattle, a gossip site sans censorship; personally I was uncomfortable when the conoscenti were diagnosing PoW illness with such conviction. It ain't my business, it ain't anyone's business and I hope the RF spanks GB news.
