They're on a committee to honour Tyler Perry at the Paley Awards in December.

Seems to be a few WME/NF people involved. How will the Harkles cope, not being the recipients? They might even have to do a bit of work.

Apparently the Beckham doc on NF has received 5 nominations. Unlike theirs last year which couldn't even get one. :devilish:

Michael Cole lists some reasons for William's "adamantine response" to Harald, why he won't be allowed back....
▪The Sussex disdain for Catherine.
▪No sincere message when she was diagnosed with cancer.
▪The Nazi costume incident.
▪Saying Catherine had a baby brain.

These grievances are not the real reason imo. The reality is that there's a long-term stand-off because the Sussexes are blackmailing Charles. BP can't say so and have wheeled out strong angry William to list small grievances which lemmings like Michael Cole dutifully repeat.

William can't complain that the Sussexes are a danger to the Monarchy and Commonwealth because that would beg the question : Why don't they do something about it?
William won't mention the poisonous Sussex Squad, for the same reason.
This is not William's responsibility, it's his father's. The only grievances we've heard from William in no way deal with the main issues, this is just deflection and he's being used as a front man.

So the facade is maintained of tension and hopes of reconciliation, the Sussexes are allowed free rein to abuse the world. Their obnoxious behaviour enrages the public so gives Charles a reason to "grey-rock" the Stoats while secretly enabling them. Public cold-shouldering, private help.
Result: praise for the "grey-rocking" and stoicism, the heartbroken father, hatred for the damage the Sussexes do. But no public awareness that they're protected by the very same grey-rocking Charles. It's all a juggling act, and we loyal Monarchists are being exploited as surely as the veterans are.

I was surprised that BookWorm said that the reason for Harald deleting data was because he knew about the Palace / press secret deal. This wouldn't account for 400 cut-out pages or fill the deleted drafts of Spare. Or Porker. There was more to this than the phone hacking. He'd have deleted damaging stuff which I think is now beyond the reach of the Courts.

The emojis here are about the post, not the poster. If we have a different view or disagree, we say so in writing in my experience and would not leave a poster wondering if they'd caused offence. Sometimes we all get things wrong which is hardly surprising in this mess, but there's always someone to come forward and put it right.
We're very straightforward on here. I expect you'll get lots of replies like this!

When you all said that he asked them to be on stage, I assumed it was a prearranged deal, to be honest. Then I watched the video 😂😂 It's so weird, and rude, to make it seem like they are sharing the honour when the three veterans are made to stand there like school kids waiting for the headmaster to be done with his self indulgent speech. I am not a royalist but looking at the state of Harry, it's hard not to feel sympathy for William and Kate. I wonder what Meghan thinks about ending up being a better PR campaign for the royal family than the actual PR campaigns of the royal family. People have started to hate Harry and Meghan so much, they are actually siding with Royals they have little business with. Hilarious.

It's no wonder that Africa has never really been able to get on its feet, so to speak....what with all these different parasitical nations continuously gouging massive chunks of profits out of all these still underdeveloped countries, all those diamonds, gold and other minerals etc belong to the Africans...!

Instead of colonising armies (except the russians who send troops there to militarise both adults and children), they got into the habit of sending in NGOs, 'non-profit', 'charity' outfits in with shedloads of $$$$ which bred several generations of avaricious psycho African leaders who've been only too willing to sell out their own people and make deals with outfits like the stoat's sociopathic gang doing hellish things in the name of 'green' tit so they can pocket more cash.

Then there's all the big banks that have long insisted on lending poor countries money at eye-watering interest rates so they can never pay them off.

Then we've seen $multi-billionaires like the computer guy running their vanity medical experiments on hundreds of thousands of naive and trusting Africans....

There are very few 'journo's' doing long-form journalism because there is no money in it. Who is going to pay 6 months wages for an investigation? There are some good independent outlets out there if you search. But mainstream news media outlets are merely 'infotainment', there's no point watching it if you need clear-minded, rational, calm, debate about subjects. As you say ... 'sick'.
