Not often but whenever I get the chance - life doesn't seem to be handing me the number of opportunities it used to, unfortunately.

I remember one time I aid it at work, and the colleague I said it to (we were discussing a work-related incident) nearly pissed herself laughing, and for the rest of the week would just collapse over her desk when she thought about it. She set me off laughing too, of course, and the pair of us just had tears coursing down our cheeks all day. People coming into our shared office would ask what it was about and we were just "You wouldn't get it".

I think it was one of those days when you are just in the sort of mood that. comparatively minor thing will set off great hilarity. Did us the world of good, that belly laugh. We didn't get much done that afternoon.

If she had lost a baby on the morning of the wedding, hell, if she had lost a baby on the weeks before the wedding she would have blamed the press and the pressure they put on her, the men in grey suits and Angela Kelly for not doing all that she wanted for her wedding and, most of all, she would have blamed Catherine for the stress she caused.

If she pretended to be pregnant to get engaged, she "lost" that baby weeks if not days after the engagement.

The dress didn't fit not because of the fake pregnancy, but because the ILBW thinks she understands fashion and clothes. Her clothes NEVER fit. There was reports of her mistreating the seamstresses working on her wedding dress. We have seen on Netflix how there were three people fitting the red dress - from Carolina Herrera that is known for impeccable fitting - and we all remember how badly it fitted on her.
 
Just thinking about the Princess of Wales and how much we miss seeing her . She probably won't be going to her beloved Wimbledon this year . Bless her heart she is really going to be missed this year if she doesn't go .
She must do whatever is best for her but once she appears anywhere she will be expected to work by the MSM 🙄 so she really needs to be well before she resumes her publicity appearances.
 
The lack of empathy from MSM over her illness is shocking - they ought to hang their heads in shame over that kill notice - I expect the Squad to belittle what she's going through, and no doubt they will revel in any sign of strain when she does return. They are utterly vile and I hope someone, sometime reveals who is paying them. There's no way they are doing this for giggles...it's a job.

There's a live thread on MN asking why to H&M lie so often and when they can easily be proven wrong. Six months ago it would have been taken down. Tide is turning. Hopefully enough for some sort of action to be taken against them.

Even if she is well enough to attend she won’t go because it will upstage the players and the event. Because she’s a considerate person and puts others first.
I hope she will be at home, on the sofa, glass of Robinsons Barley Water and watching every match.

I think that Megan told porkies because she was/is deliberately trying to sell a Hollywood version of her story into the US. But the problem is she coudn't quite decide what sort of film she wanted it to be.

Is it a Princess Diaries style rom-com about an ordinary California gal who wound up making amusing pratfalls amongst a stuffy, out of touch bunch of British aristos, before teaching her witless, hapless boyfriend the meaning of love?

or is it more like Erin Brockovich, where a brave racial minority woman braves a hard scrabble background and abusive family to carve out a niche for herself, only to be kidnapped, Mysteries of Udolpho style, by an evil cartel of colonisers and forced into a luxorious lifestyle crumbling cottage, before she bravely manages to escape?

MM's self-told narrative has veered between these two scenarios from the Oprah interview onwards. There's just one teeny problem with both of them. To quote a very wise man (Edmund Blackadder)...it's bollocks.

I am just reading this and one of their replies really made me laugh out loud - Re his first words - I reckon it wasn’t ‘crocodile’ at all. I reckon Archie’s dad read the first draft of ‘Spare’ to him and Archie said ‘crock o’ shite’. :LOL:

Well, there’s an example of their dishonesty/lies if Hasno stated they would only have 2 kids for the benefit of the planet but it turns out she has always wanted 3. Did they not discuss this or is this taking into account her ‘other child’ mentioned by some posters? Or, is it Hasno’s green cheese once more that Willie has 3 kids so he should have 3 too?

I was bought up in an era where we didn't flash our flesh, and as a schoolgirl would have been horrified at the sight of some orange bronzer faced, pasty bodied, surgically enhanced, wig wearing strumpet with her ageing flesh on display. I should imagine there were plenty of giggles over that. in afternoon classes.
I'm no fashion advisor, but anyone with an ounce of sense would have been savvy enough to wear something colourful, appropriately shaped and modest, and as a 43% Nigerian, gone natural with her hair, even in her seldom worn 'bun'. Instead she went for the 'over the hill bleep' look 🙄.

A few years ago when prom shoe shopping for my son I made him try on a pair of monogrammed velvet loafers in TK Maxx. We have never laughed so much in our lives. Yesterday, I was looking online for shoes for youngest sons prom and said to middle on “remember those shoes in TK Maxx?”. That was it, we were in tears laughing - husband and other son just looked bemused and couldn’t understand why, years later, it’s still so funny!
