Kate simply isn't the type to exaggerate to the point of needing hospital treatment, any idiot can see that. Well, except this idiot. I wonder if Meg phoned him, told him what to say. Harry must know this is all crap, this would be the point you'd hope he'd say something.
Oldman doesn't even try to hide his bias. Well he now has no future in journalism, a bit old to be a youtuber/influencer, he's as finished as Harry and Meghan.
 
When the RF want to get their message out, it goes into the Telegraph. So this story from yesterday is fascinating.

While Meghan campaigns to encourage people to vote in the US election, Harry - who is not eligible to vote himself - will not join her

The Duke of Sussex will not join his wife in campaigning on US election voting, the Telegraph has learned, amid concern over the Royal Family becoming too closely embroiled in politics.

The Duke, who unlike his wife cannot vote in America, will not contribute publicly to her latest mission to urge her fellow citizens to vote, out of respect for his family’s position on the global stage.

It goes on to say this bit:

The source said the Duke, who cannot vote in the US, would not be speaking on current American politics, with “family convention” making it “not appropriate for him”.
The decision will no doubt prove welcome reassurance for Buckingham Palace, with the Sussexes’ political activities a potential diplomatic minefield.
When the Duke and Duchess left the Royal Family in January, the palace said in a statement that the couple had “made clear that everything they do will continue to uphold the values of Her Majesty”.

So what does this say? Harry is still Royal and is following the family conventions. He's in the tent, to some extent anyway.

Meghan seems to be in a different category. Not Royal, not bound by Royal conventions, not upholding the values of Her Majesty, as promised in January. That's pretty much what you would expect if there's a divorce announcement in someone's pending tray. She's most definitely Out.

But I am sure she would love to be the producer/director of award winning documentaries, publicly backing political campaigns and walking in a-list celebrity as well as political circles. It is sad, because I believe with the right intentions she actually could provide meaningful and lasting support. No one can say she doesn’t have lots of drive.
She can do whatever she likes, as soon as she and Harry stop using their royal connections for it. Well, Harry actually has nothing else but his titles and his childhood. He doesn’t seem to be too interested to start with his military career.
(on the other hand we have Kate- who seems to get the depths of the issues she focuses on but has not the best PR team to make her shine as she deserves. I do think she hasn’t got the same drive, which is fine. Not everyone is a busy bee but I, for all my admiration, cannot overlook her lack of action. She pulls some good numbers for weeks (still a joke for normal working people) and then disappears for long time streaks. I want persistence. Different topic)
I actually think both Harry and Meghan definitely had a crush on each other. Being long term, and having all Pinterest perfect glamorous dates with a great dose of environmental activism to feel good about yourself never gave them a reality check. Being beautiful (her) and a Prince (him) didn’t hurt either. But I assume Meghan has definitely woken up. I do wonder if she regrets her choice in husband. Apart from the Disney beginning, all his faults and problem are now pretty obvious. His mental health, his subpar education, his entitlement and inabilities due to never learning to be self-sufficient, complicated in-laws (the newest PR tries hard to make us forget we are talking about a highly dysfunctional family that is definitely not known to be very warm). Add the culture shock. The more time I spent with US-Americans the more I realise how different Europe (with all its own differences) and the USA actually are. That is no joke. I would have expected her to take some months to learn about it and then fake it till you make it though. She is an actress after all. But they rushed into it, believing they would be the golden couple. Less bound by the rules and traditions like the Cambridge’s, so they could shine brighter, be more approachable, more modern. Harry probably sold her his fantastic Golden Boy persona that was created after LasVegas. I can’t really fault her to make the „best“ with the shitshow she has on her hand now. There are always two to tango and the BRF seems all to fine with this. I absolutely lean to the theories that claim there might be triggers laid out for a divorce in a couple of years (and after a second child). The way Harry‘s character in all its glory is made public builds up a pretty bad look.

The BRF though, needs to make the hard decisions. At that point they are complicit. They cannot stop them, but they can cut them off. They chose to be silent and getting pushed over. If she has something onto them, they need to make it go away or be faster and come clean. Cutting a family member loose is sometimes the only way to help then to help themselves. There is no reason why they don’t stop funding. There is no reason to not take the gifted titles away. There is no reason not to outshine them publicly. I just want to shake them till they come to their senses.

Some very interesting points. However my interpretation of some of them would be:

- her political activity is currently just a way of garnering publicity. It’s an election year and she wants to align herself with the democrats. Last month it was “black lives matter”. She has the attention span of a gnat.

- Kate is a slow burner. She is very much into the early years (birth to school) and is practising what she preaches. Her youngest is only 2 years old, when in London, she did the school run. Although she has a nanny; who incidentally unlike Meghan; she has managed to retain, she’s a hands on mum.

- Harry May have had a crush on Meghan: great sex; syrupy platitudes. She just fell for the title and the perceived status. Everything else was utterly fake. She’s a fame hungry, materialistic wannabe. Playing a duchess was nothing more than a role for her.

Yes, that article does seem to suggest that Meghan does not need to conform to Royal convention - why not?
Maybe as you suggest, it;s because she's on her way out or maybe they really just can't control her at all - she's the feral one!

Im not so sure. She does what the duck she wants.
I think she is making sure Harry hangs onto his title so that she can use her whenever it suits her.

i do however think this is ammunition for the RF in the 12 month review.
Here’s my wish list:

1. Meghan not allowed to use the Duchess of Sussex title outside of the UK or for any commercial activities ( and hopefully she will never come back)
2. Both stripped of QCT roles, unless Harry divorces and moves back to the U.K.
3. Meghan stripped of all patronages; especially National Theatre, for whom she’s done nothing.

What an idiot. I hated nothing more than those stupid “when I had HG I was soooo sick I couldn’t..... she must be faking it” comments. HG is a rare condition and not everyone with HG is bedridden till birth. Some start too feel better after some time. Some need to go to hospital some don’t. Being extremely ill till the end is at the end of the HG spectrum. You just hear more about it as it’s the extreme cases of a rare condition.
I wish someone would confront him with this behaviour. The tabloids articles about the naked photos of Kate, doubting her condition.... it’s exactly how Meghan is treated but somehow in that case it’s racism and macro /micro aggressions.
That is, by the way, why I don’t give anything about those “when I was eight months pregnant I couldn’t go down with my knees closed” comments. I could till the very end. And I was neither: carrying extremely small or very sporty/flexible. Some can, some can’t. Maybe more can’t? Doesn’t make it impossible.

I could as well and also wore stiletto shoes and worked till 8 months. Im all of 5'2" and weighed less after they were born (both over 9lb) than before I was pregnant. Like you say everyone is different. I had bad morning sickness and severe anemia but still nothing as bad as HG. Nobodys pregnancy is the same, what some can do, others cant.

Yup. Also, if really bad, won't have anymore children because are terrified of it happening again.
I had HG of varying degrees in my pregnancies, it is bloody awful. At worst I was in hospital on a drip. It isn't just bad morning sickness. I felt like I had been poisoned. I couldn't move. During 3rd pregnancy My GP took one look at me and called an ambulance. I was in hospital for the rest of the pregnancy because i couldn't keep even water down.
That horrible little man should keep his plastic mouth shut about things he knows nothing about.

Sorry to hear about all of this, a friend of mine had a really bad one too, and she was still being sick when in labour...she only had that one child, she didn't think she could survive another pregnancy like that while having to look after one already. Scobie is an idiot and shouldn't keep opening his filler-full mouth...
