One of the general lessons the royals should learn from this saga is to stop sending their children into the armed forces, where they cost a fortune in terms of protection, cause loads of hassle for their commanding officers, accumulate a mass of medals that the majority of the population will not be remotely impressed by (even though they insist on marching around with them on display for everything from Remembrance Day to the anniversary of Take That's first single reaching the charts), and then, like old ginger bonce, they'll emerge from the forces pining for the old military discipline and direction. Make then do 'ordinary' civilian jobs. Bring in someone to explain to them that unless they want to study for years to acquire genuine expertise in a subject, to STFU about them. What the armed forces did to Harold here is to render him helpless unless some military substitute such as Mickle Muckle is barking out orders all the time.

I thought you witches might like to know that Aunty has become a grandad. To lose both your youthful beauty and gender in one go is a bit of a shock but I will be the kind of Granny with a clanking handbag full of bottles and betting slips; and you will be spared my ramblings for a bit.
Congratulations x And welcome to the Glamourous Granny/Grandad Brigade. I wish you lots of sleepless nights and plenty of poop and sicky, sticky clothes just for good measure 🤣 oh and grubby handprint filled windows !!!

I don’t remember william being in the armed forces, although I suppose its where william learned to fly a helicopter. I think that is a good career move for a prince or princess. Have them work with search and rescue, air ambulance etc, where they can do good and be out of the range of bullets So that it doesn’t come across as it all being a farce to their mates..especially with their royal protection..wtf

wSnt chelay Davy from Africa?
ok , she might not have wanted to have gone back to live there.
her choice.

WHY is it a good career move? It's not world war 2. They're not needed. They cause chaos for professional units. They cause endless problems for the security forces. It leaves them simultaneously aloof from 'normal' life and also over-eager to take charge. Trying to do a conventional civilian job would teach them some much-needed humility, make them respect members of the public instead of regarding them as people to lecture, and actually give them a practical education. Andrew probably spent the longest in the armed services as far as the 'recent' family are concerned and what did it do for him? Not sweating? That's about it. These characters grow up in the most privileged bubble, then get sent into a surreal world where they get a medal for everything from breathing regularly to wiping their own arse in good time, and then they emerge from the experience deluded enough to think they've earned the nation's respect. Then they prance around 'explaining' issues that they don't understand to people who do understand them. It's not a good career move at all.

I agree. We'd have a lot more respect if they had actually studied for careers they could use in the real world where they could integrate more with ordinary folk.
In the real world Harry couldn't have done anything academic and would probably have ended up in a blue collar job. I'm inclined to think that he might have been happier with that.

I Don't understand this one David was last time I saw married to Yolanda out of real housewives of Beverly hills, he's never ever been involved with the British royalty so where that's come from ? It's absolute rubbish, I don't know this new wife or her connections to Megan, but Harry would be classed at this point as an acquaintance at the most. It could have only happened since Harry met the scrubber So this is bulshit, David Foster has been married about 4 times and his connections are the kardashians etc, i cant even be arsed going into detail about him, but he would wish to be associated with our royal family , FFS the man is a big headed tosser .
o the naughty step for admitting watching every single one of all the housewives..franchise.. 🤣
David Foster's new wife was on TV and showed a photo of her and MM when they were younger. I think they were in the same school but not actual friends then.

Congratulations Aunty. Great news. On the downside you’re now sleeping with a granny but I’m sure it’s a price worth paying xxx

Hope thing are okay. xx

Edited to say, this lockdown is seriously getting to me now. I’m starting to get a bad case of cabin fever. I’ve been pretty upbeat but today I just could not motivate myself into anything. Anyone else feeling like that?
Meeeeeee. I feel like a cork bobbing on a sea of emotions. I’m ok today because it’s sunny. Have washed kitchen floor 😱.

Congratulations to aunty and best wishes to you all in the family❤️
Someone on twitter(I know, but I like trivia.)...says that mongy meg was born in 1977 and is 43.some others say she remembers she was 8 when it was live aid.
On the balance of the probability,I'm inclined to believe she is 43 and has told so many lied that she can't remember what she's said.
Lied about her age,her money, her worth, her tax bill, her CV and about Africa and about the month she met h so correction was published in a mag that ran the article from may to July cos she was still knocking off the chef in may.
Liar,liar,prossy pants on fire.🙈🙊🛥️
