In some ways, it's the beginning of the end. The older generations will die off, the younger ones are either middle-aged or else have effectively married out, retaining their titles but not passing them to their children. I think Prince Charles might be King, and then I think Prince William definitely will be. Possibly Prince George. Any further generations might possibly reign, but I think Prince George, or his children, will be the end. This will obviously not be for such a long time, and I will likely be dead. But I do think the age of Kings and Queens, and that sort of thing, is well and truly over. Society is headed elsewhere.
