Long time lurker here. Just wanted to say hi to you all. Its weird, I don't know any of you, but I kind of feel like I do! Let's just say, I've found my people 🙌😊.

Like many, I've been glued to Tattle for a few months now after migrating from Digital Spy, which now seems soooo boring in comparison.

Anyway, just wanted to say how pleased I was with the judge's statement today. Twitter is a cesspit at the best of times, but the sugars are really out in force today. Always makes me laugh when you contrast the comments on there to the ones on Sky News Facebook page. Lefties like to make out that Twitter is some beacon of true public opinion, when it's more like a woke A Level politics bunfight where anyone who doesn't agree with them is a racist, xenophobic bigot. Such an echo chamber. Delightful to read the comments from 'normal' people on the Facebook pages 👍👍

Anyway guys and gals, nice to 'meet' you all, looking forward to the roller-coaster ride ahead!

There are some people out there who actually think Patrick Stewart has been to space 😂😂
But....but.......he hasn't??? 😳🥺🥴

A sugar tweet 🙄

‘So glad H&M moved to a modern country. I’m sorry, but the British media appears to be very racist and the country appears to be trapped in the High Middle Ages. #MedivalTimes #RacistBritain #Anachronistic #WelcomeToUSAHMA #RacistFirm #RacistWilliamKate’
How the hell did William and Kate get labeled racists?!!

Tried to find the original comment about MM listing every mention of her on BBC/SKY etc and adding it to credits on her Imdb. I thought that was a joke as, who does that? However, I checked it out and sure enough, there it was! Discussing this tonight with my son, an actor, who didnt believe me, he looked and .....it's all been deleted lol

This kind of nonsense really grinds my gears, and just goes to show the astounding ignorance of the twatter in question.
Not only are they completely ignorant of the history of our 2 countries they clearly do not know of the very tolerant nature of the British as a people.
If the only reason they can see to dislike someone is because of their race it says more about them than us.🤬🇬🇧
bleep!!!
Sorry for ranting.
As you were Tattlers.:)

Ouch. Not much positivity in the DM comments 😬:

Hello bubba, nice to have you here. I would give you a list of the lunatics on here but it would be far too long. You’ll be pleased to know I’m one of the sensible ones 😇

Firstly, welcome comrade 🙋🏼‍♀️
I very often post on Twitter just to piss of the lefties. I love a good verbal wrangling and they are so easy to trigger. Ultimately I end up just telling them “I’m bored, I can’t argue with stupid”. 😂

My husband said that he didn't realise she was 'black ' until I told him she was mixed race, he thought that she looked 'Mediterranean'.

Playing the race card really pisses me off when she has always lived a privileged life (even before she met Harry). She has nothing in common with ordinary people who are struggling against oppression. She's certainly no Rosa Parks and I can't believe that anyone would be idiotic enough to even think that she really cares about them either.

I am sorry, but I have to disagree. I am mixed myself (Afro-German) and I grew up "white". Meaning in a totally white, upper class environment. It is NOT fun. What white people don't see is there is a lot of racism going on in little things and it all adds up. What makes it worse is we don't belong to the blacks either. When I am in Dakar, Senegal where the rest of my family lives, people stop in the street to stare at me. I am held up at the airport at gun point because I have German passport, a Senegalese name and am nearly white. I don't speak any Wolof or Mandeng which is a problem, too. If I did things might be better. Mixed people belong nowhere. When we behave like everyone else around us, meaning like our white respectivly our black environment, we "act" white or we are accused of "trying to pass" as white (or black). I've been physically attacked for my being different, as a child and as a grown up, once I had two broken ribs and a severe concussion. When I straighten my hair, I "try to look white". When I didn't I didn't get any jobs back when I was still modelling. On the other hand I got a lot more jobs than the black girls because I was told I looked "exotic" or "Mediterranean".

White people here aren't asked by customers if they speak German (Oh, of course not! Wouldn't it be stupid for a sales person to speak the national language?) or when they board a plane for an inner country flight, they aren't adressed in English by the ticket inspector in the bus or have random strangers pet their hair, touch their skin or marvel at their command of their mother tongue. White people aren't told to be grateful to be light skinned because it is "so much more beautiful than black". None of this is life threatening, well, the attacks are sometimes but I got used to it, they started with kids in Kindergarden throwing stones at me, but it all adds up. But the thing really pissing me off is, it is never meant to be hurtful, people always claim, we are "too sensitive" or they didn't mean any harm or hurt.

Sorry, but you seem to be White, so please do not assume you know if her life was hard. You can't! She stated she never belonged to any group at her school because the whites, the Latinos and the Black all kept to themselves and she didn't fit in. We never fit in and no matter what we do, it is never the right thing in the eyes of others.

I do agree though that her being critized was not racism it was critizism.

Yes, You're right! Previously, the credits followed on from 'Elephant', now they are further down, but really?. What credible person/actor would even think of including those mentions on Imdb? Pretty desperate i'd say.

Yeah, cool story bro! “Sorry but you seem to be white”. WTF!

I'm sorry for your experiences but they are nothing like smeggys. She trilled endlessly about her wonderful happy childhood and how being mixed race was never an issue ... because she doesn't look mixed race anyway. You'd be hard put to rate any amount of black blood in her from her looks. She even got under the bar claiming to be caucasian for acting roles and nobody questioned her heritage.
The only time it affected her past was when her mother was in her life and questions were asked re her heritage. Other than that she's 'revelled' (bad choice of words but you get my drift) in being white and only started paying lip service to her black genes when she wanted to be right on with Oprah, Williams, Serena, Beyoncé etc and when she needed an excuse for people disliking her game playing control freakery behaviour trying to dick around with the royal family.
The racism toward her in the UK has been so minimal it would barely register on any scale on such issues.
She's a band wagoner and frankly you are mad comparing what you've been through with her pampered life.

Yeah, the good old US of A, that country well known for it's racial tolerance eh...?!

Just to add, if they think it's a modern country they've obviously never seen Tiger King!

Sorry to hear about the issues you have had to face in life, it sounds like things have not been easy. We do all belong though, we all belong to the human race and if someone else makes you feel like you don't I'd say they are not worth bothering with.

I found this on IMDB

Other Works
  • The "other works" section is for works in media not currently listed elsewhere in the database. Examples include radio, theater, books, and audio recordings. Please do not send anything to this section that can be included in the regular database listings.
  • Note: Autobiographies and memoirs should be submitted to "Books About This Person", not this section.
  • Important: Submissions with no date will be rejected.
  • An entry must begin with a date in parentheses, what type of work it is, the title of the work, in what way was the name involved, and the location (if known). Example:(3 July 2008-5 August 2008) Stage play: Hamlet - playing Guildenstern, at Random Theatre, Anytown, USA

  • Please submit books in the following format:

(Year) Book: "Book Title". City of publication (if known): Publisher. ISBN 0246813579

    Example:

(2011) Book: "The Art of Cinema". New York: Random House. ISBN 0000111000

  • Titles should not be sent in all capital letters.
  • Each item should be a single work. If you have more than one "other work" to add, then send them as multiple items.
  • Remember that you are writing for an international audience. Please include enough context. Also, avoid abbreviations, particularly for place names.
  • Guest appearances should be sent to the cast section for the relevant episode, not "other works".
  • Awards are not considered "other works". If the award is for film or TV work, it should be sent to the awards section; other awards (i.e.., Tony, Grammy) can be sent as biographical trivia.
So it would appear you have to do the admin on your own account? Then there’s deffo something wrong with her head 😂😂
