I don't want them to divorce just yet. I want him to suffer lots more of her embarrassing publicity stunts and I want her to suffer his temper tantrums till her ears bleed. Then they can divorce.

In all seriousness, at this point he is trapped. More trapped than the trappiest trapness of his papa and big bro.
Does anyone think she has invested her own few million in any of this tit? The house price was $14million and the mortgage is $9million so the deposit was 5 million.The upkeep costs and staffing alone must be horrendous. Then the different PR companies cost and paying magazines for puff piieces. Then the cost of producing the crotch goblins. With nothing coming in since the "My mummy died" pity party at the Morgan Stanley event and the heffalump voiceover money. Even allowing for whatever money porka slipped them from from her mental health shows where he performed like a trained monkey their living costs in expensive Cali are horrific. Hazza has invested far too much of dead mummy's money in this arrangement and he'll be terrified to cut his losses too soon.
But it's all good, because when the divorce happens it will be carnage.:m

There are decent people who realise how fortunate they are and contribute to society as best they can, and there are jerks who feel entitled and contribute only if there’s something in it for them, there are wackos with a bit of a disconnect (eg moonshots during a pandemic) and and and. At every level. Broadsides - including the words “scum”, “scumbags” with the solution that “we need to take the money off them” don’t move the discussion forward.

In the UK at least, the government does a good (not perfect) job of collecting from individuals. However, legislation hasn’t caught up with, for example, the Amazon world - and that’s where one sees the pittance of taxes paid. That’s what I’d focus on, because we can influence it through our MPs. Randomised bashing of whole groups of people is just ... random and mostly ineffective. It’s what sugars do in reverse.

To bring this back to H, there’s a poster boy for the 0.1% (not 1%) and I’d like to see that entitled (in attitude) tax slacker get his comeuppance. Unfortunately, my (accountant) hubby believes some will always slip through the net because they develop new tricks before HMRC/IRS/etc can close the gap. Sometimes we need to trust Karma, and I’ve seen plenty of evidence that she delivers :).

Too true. Did you watch the Alexei Navalny expose, Putin’s Palace? There’s the 0.1% we know about but there’s then the murky, inexplicable wealth of despots such as Putin whose true wealth probably dwarfs the likes of Bezos, Buffet and Gates. The RF are paupers in comparison. Back to Smegz: the next weeks will tell her if the RF are going to kick their titles into touch but whatever happens she’s milked the duchess dairy for all it’s worth. What’s next? Sizing up of course. Bill Gates? Nah. She’ll go large and go Putin. If she gives him all the waffle makers and roast chuck he’ll have the Russian monarchy reinstated just so she can be Tsarina. If she steps out of line it’s Novichok for her but peace for all of us. Win win. Can we set them up on First Dates?
