Ah I didn't know that, totally makes sense when you think about it.The coat thing is quite common in traumatised children: it’s an attempt to add an extra, buffering layer between themselves and what is happening around them.

I first saw him in a film called Dancing Thru The Dark, set in Liverpool. One of my favourite films. Depending on your age, there are so many people in that film that you will recognise.
He was also in Cucumber, and I just watched a Midsomer Murders where he played a cheese maker (he wasn't quite the full shilling).
Definitely watch the other two series again. I did and I’m now concentrating on this series more than anything I’ve ever watched! After reading here I feel like I should binge S1&2 again to refresh my memory
S3 is off to a good start looking forward to listening to the podcast tomorrow in prep for Sunday!
Cucumber is amaze isn’t it!! I loved it. Gritty but also funny.Cucumber is SO good.
I also worried about the parking and not paying situation.
I listened to two episodes of the podcast @Aussie Recommended and I'm definitely rewatching S1 & 2 starting tonight- they pointed out so many things I'd forgotten about so when I've finished S2 I'll rewatch the 2 episodes of S3 again and see the links to previous seriesDefinitely watch the other two series again. Do you think Rob's daughter always has her coat on as some sort of trauma response to the violence going on in the house? Curious to learn more about his wife and what her back story is.
I didn't even think of this, good shout. My theory is that she is malnourished which makes her cold. He locks the fridge doesn’t he so they can’t get food.
PE teacher definitely needs to be killed off!I think the coat thing is going to be something someone picks up on - Catherine maybe, to push for police intervention. Although, I do think those dealers are going to end up killing both the teacher & the wife. The pharmacist will be “happy” if that happens as it kills 2 birds with 1 stone - although I suspect it will all still come back to get him
Did he make the cheese that ran tiff from eastenders over?!
I just saw the clips on the radio 2 insta page. Joanna Lumley reading out saucy messages about James was hilariousDid anyone hear James Norton on radio 2 this morning? Wow
