I know the argument can be that she’s a known liar but any form of SA is bound to be a sensitive subject and our opinions, based on a bunch of assumptions, can and do impact other people and are often a representation of wider social attitudes that contribute towards victim blaming and the like

There was suggested that Nick wanted to sexually assault Dee Dee’s dead body - Gypsy claimed she said she would have sex with him after the killing to stop the assault happening.

I don’t agree with your sentiment that she is a gremlin however I have been invested in this case since I first viewed Mommy Dead and Dearest in 2019. She was abused by her mother for a long period of her life. I am not saying that is an excuse for how the situation ended or for how she is behaving now. She has a complex trauma history.

I've said from the very start that Kristy is controlling and she has manipulated G and the whole situation from the beginning! She didn't like Ryan and she was determined to split the two of them up. The fact that she was in contact with Ken was bad enough but the continual reporting back to G, was always going to affect her!

The crime scene images that were leaked, are a whole other level of shocking. The details are one thing. To see the viscerally sickening images is one entirely other level. One that we aren't subjected to on the regular as part of your profession, and to think of those who encountered this scene, processed it by way of the legal process of documenting by way of photographing as well as witnessing the overall experience with the smells as well as the visuals, to then find the words to describe such an atrocious scene for the purpose of providing statements, just wow!!
For GRB to state she was in the bathroom, ensuring she carefully placed the wheelchair she didn't need, but as part of the meticulous planning of hers, it had to be in the bathroom if the public were to believe her "I was terrified and in the bathroom" aka I took no part ,pleaselady.dont insult our intelligence. Sorry, his day job teaching and sharing his education and findings of 1000s of crime scenes that he has analysed, he has shared that to take part in such a horrific event, that is extensively exhausting, then to actually almost decapitate someone is a lengthy and labour intensive event. But we are to believe that she was scared and in the bathroom the whole time ? Not even with an "everything"shower and a 35 step beauty routine ,could she be in that bathroom that long. To then take the opportunity to have consentual"nonconstenting"r4pe like s3x with The dude afterwards. Nope. That leak was horrific and I happen to only see 3 images. Enough to have me question the states Provision of parole, but for her to be free after this is one thing. a child ? Nah. Line needs drawn, this will come at a hefty cost if no child protection mechanism is enabled and FAST.

And Kirsty seems to have her own agenda.... I rewatched Mommy Dead and Dearest last night and Kirsty is going on about how she's going to hug on to Gypsy and never let go at the prison visit and then doesn't even touch her, barely even speaks to her other than to tell her that God's got you 🙄

I know it could just be the way it was edited but Kirsty came across so false and disingenuous.

If you read the whole police report, it soon becomes clear why they told her to plead guilty rather than go to trial. If they did, the whole 'poor Gypsy' thing would have been shot out of the water pretty quickly and she would likely be looking at a much longer stretch like Nick ended up with.

This is a description of just one video she sent to Nick while being Ruby.

Seemingly even the defence team was shocked after seeing some of the texts and videos as she had led them to believe it was mostly down to him and she was all but forced into it but they soon realised that she was a willing participant and had likely been planning it for a few years...long before Nick came into the picture. You only need to remember the time she shot DeeDee not realising it was a BB Gun she used. IIRC, DeeDee posted about it on FB claiming she had been attacked by someone in a carpark to cover for it.

If anyone is interested, here is the sheriff's report. Once again, it's long but worth the read as it clears a few things up.

I've had it happen to me before. It claims it hasn't posted so you do it again then boom, you have the same thing multiple times. With me, it is usually when the time to edit has passed that I notice.
