They always have a break like this after thanksgiving, it’s highly annoying but I think it’s cos they’ve been filming much slower during the pandemic too

I think it is an American thing! Lots of American shows I watch do the same thing.

Just caught up on the mid season finale. At least this episode finally had some drama relating to actual surgeries. Hoping the rest of the series continues like this, it would be a lot more interesting than it has been so far.
