I'm sorry but I have to wonder if there's something going on with her relationship with food. I cannot understand how she can eat that much (especially all the sweets, sugar and baked goods) without exercising, and maintain an underweight BMI (and yes, I do think she looks underweight)...
I think it must be difficult for her as someone who (I assume) has always had a good relationship with food to see people who are in recovery watching your videos and copying you, it probably isn't something she could have imagined happeningI think the reason she stopped doing what I eat in a day videos is because of comments like this, I think she mentioned in a few videos how horrible it is for people to assume that she has an eating disorder when she doesn't. (btw this isn't meant as an attack on you personally this is just a general comment)

I totally agree, me and my sister have totally different weights, and my sister has alwayssss been a someone who just fidgets all the time, it really does make a difference imoGrace is pretty tall, she can carry more weight for a healthy BMI.
There was a tv show a while back, something liked "secrets of the superkinny", and it did tests that showed a lot of thinner people do incidental movement and burn ALOT of calories throughout the day-fidgeting, cleaning, gardening. She quite often says she goes on walks with friends and always seems to be on the move.
There's this thing called your basal metabolic rate, which takes in to account your height, gender and age (she's tall and young) and this is the number of calories your body needs to just exist. There's also TDEE, which is Total Daily Energy Expenditure. If you're moving around a lot, or even just standing up a lot (like standing in a kitchen baking), your expenditure is greater.
She seems to eat a lot of snacks and sweets, but her meals don't seem that big. Andsome of her snacks arelow calorie- quavers, popcorn.
I think it looks more than it is because she showed a whole packet of bagels, two different jars of chocolate spread, several boxes of biscuits and packets of cookie dough, a load of cookies she made for her tiktok, a whole load of donuts, dinner for her whole family, a big bar of chocolate,big bowl of popcorn
I am recovering and i have had hard time in the past with her videos. But remember, different bodies, different pathsA reminder for all those who struggle with the topic of food and exercise. Be kind to yourself and remember that Grace’s lifestyle isn’t right or wrong, she’s merely documenting what works for her. If a takeaway is all you can muster up the strength to eat, that is fine. If you can’t be bothered to leave the house today, that is fine. Look after yourself and don’t pressure yourself to watch her food content if it’s triggering. If you’re suffering with an ED, please seek professional help and don’t use people on YouTube as an indicator of how you should be living♥♥
