What a slimy bastard! When I say enforceable, I mean legally it is. Whether Kyle chooses to piss around and evade it is up to him and what they can realistically do about it is anyone’s guess. Although I would think he wouldn’t want to give Prozza the ammunition to go the tabloids and smear his name even more.
