If someone had said I should be eating a snack and glow plate I think I'd have murdered them!

I think this totally proves the point that she is totally faking it.This is fascinating. My friend at work did the challenge (we live fairly locally to her and she did park run with Becca) and she had a similar experience.
We were talking about it today as we were working on a project with an onboarding questionnaire. She said she had an awful one and shared this on our Slack group. As soon as I saw the ‘hehe’ I knew where it was from!
Imagine making people not feel able to share their challenges or difficulties without having to have a positive spin or a plan. Sometimes life is just rubbish and you can’t plan your way out.
Honest to God, how on earth is she going to cope when she's got a baby? Even if you have a straightforward delivery, your body is in literal bits. Then throw in mastitis, milk intolerance, tongue tie, the first sneeze after a section ...the last thing you want to do is get up at 5am to go for a walk! I often only went to sleep at 5am when mine were little! I literally survived on shortbread biscuits and coffee in the newborn phase! If someone had said I should be eating a snack and glow plate I think I'd have murdered them!
Shes delusionalUm, well actually the baby will just fit in around her new lifestyle just fine, no need to alter it for them

Literally the definition of toxic positivity. This is fascinating. My friend at work did the challenge (we live fairly locally to her and she did park run with Becca) and she had a similar experience.

As a parent, and I'm sure my fellow parents will agree, we don't have time for all that nonsense. My gratitude meditation is lying on the sofa half concious once the kids are in bed thinking I'm grateful for the 5 mins of peace I honestly hope for her sake and any future children's sake that she is mentally fit for them if and when they come, as becoming and being a parent is not just a physical challenge as becca seems to think, 90% of it is mental. Here comes Chris with his 5am ice baths and mr motivator nonsense . Didn’t I predict the post Tony robbins high.. so bloody predicable. I’m too old for this pile of short lived egomania .. seen it all before !
Try making 5 snack plates and 3 meals a day and 2 workouts and yoga and writing down every morsel of food and random thought whilst working full time doing nursery / school / bazillion club runs, changing nappies , cleaning up sick, weaning , washing, being a nice parent and keeping eveyone Alive. Exactly this, all of my 5 pregnancies (that were successful) were straightforward, no issues what so ever and had straightforward home births.
