She's skinny fat. There is no muscle whatsoever. My stomach isn't as flat as hers but you can still see muscle definition under mine and I've got more fat on top. To be that skinny with no muscle is just odd.

God forbid you go on holiday and sleep by the pool/do less than 10,000 steps a day/eat a few more calories…surely Chris must see this as disordered behaviour?

I know! Honest to god, I'm exhausted by the time I actually get on holiday! I work full time, 3 kids, on my own... I literally sleep whenever I can and just eat whatever is at the buffet!

Going to Greece to eat club sandwiches and chips and go for sweaty runs and pack and repack every 3 days sounds like a work trip to me, not a holiday.
