Girls Aloud #3 Nobody sees The Show unless the queue says so

I would have thought Kimberley would have needed it the most financially.

I read somewhere she gets £7k a week from property investments so I reckon she’s doing alright.

The industry’s changed and they wouldn’t have to do as much as they used to as there’s not as many shows to promote. I can’t imagine them doing new music without Sarah but I’d love for them to do a summer tour, nothing too draining for them.

Kimberley has done every brand deal under the sun. 🤣

I just want them to stay together and do the odd show here and there. Give us an album of unreleased music. Realistically how many times can you tour with the same material?

An anthology tour would be great, a week where each album is played in full with a couple of b sides chucked in, they could do a week in a city spanning over a month.

She really has...

Just point them in the direction of the TEN tour because Jesus Christ that was painful.

Aparrently they were all good friends on the 10 tour, and this is evidenced by them all tweeting their brief congrats to Nadine after announcing her pregnancy...the fall out aparrently came years after that....🙄🙄🙄🙄😭🙈

I'm not one for gatekeeping normally but looks like a gen z whose discovered them through tiktok and now thinks they're a superfan 😭🤦🏻‍♀️

My god I'm arguing with someone in tiktok comments who is adamant there was never a divide in the group and they've always been bffs with unicorns and roses, I need a large vodka 💀💀💀
After their very first break there was a clear divide. Pretty sure Nadine and Sarah found our they were over through the other 3 at the end of the Ten tour.

100% straight after the hiatus there was the 4 watching Cheryl at X factor, Nicola and Kimberley would go out with Sarah socially, something happened in between for them to drift with Sarah. Nadine was in America so there was nothing with her at all. Sarah said in her book she agreed to the split because none of their hearts were in it anymore, which is sad - she said Nadine wasn’t happy but nothing about her not knowing, it was also in Cheryl’s book that was released before the reunion that they were splitting, which was so wrong.

The Spice Girls say hello!

I do wonder what is next now for Girls Aloud. I feel like they’ve all realised after this tour how much the band is still very much loved and in demand. I’m not sure I can see them doing new music, maybe in the future, but I think Sarah’s death is still quite raw for them so may take a while. Another tour? Maybe. But as someone said a while back, the “novelty” (wrong word but you know what I mean) of Sarah’s passing and tributes to her won’t be there, so what would another tour look like if there is no new music?

I read that the tour is going to be shown on ITV with backstage footage. Not sure how true that is.

I listened to Insatiable for the first time in ages and found it quite bland. Nadine's voice doesn't even sound as good as it does with Girls Aloud - why is that?

Go To Work is a banger though.

The whole Insatiable album was very dated. I get what she was trying to do with it all being independent, but if she’d found a label they could have given her better songs.

Same as you - loved all the stuff she did with Xenomania further down the line
