Yeah not sure why you’d spend that much and want to sell within 2 years. They haven’t done anything except paint the kitchen and install the sauna I don’t think

I suspect the house isn’t kid friendly, very dangerous with so many stairs etc. Purchased the home without thinking about family, more of an impulsive decision and to help her woo woo “manifesting” course to prove to her followers that it works.

It is the ugliest house I’ve ever seen for that sort of money. It looks like a shopping centre car park. So many levels and unnecessary waste of space areas. The view isn’t even that exciting, it just looks over some old looking apartment complex with glimpses of the ocean.
The things she could have done with that money!!!!!! What a waste

Bingo. She said in the podcast that because Ivy is sleeping in her bed and her room is two floors away they’ve realised the home is not family friendly. Didn’t mention the house being on the market but you can tell in her voice that’s the reason for selling it.

It doesn’t look like the house sold at auction. I don’t know how long it takes for agents to update or RP data to push through but it’s still listed as for sale.

It’s actually not—it’s up a windy, discreet road with a huge ass hill to get to the beach. I’d be sweaty AF and need another swim from the walk alone
