I think the thing I struggle with is the transparency around her true dress size - like I feel that I’m roughly the same size by looking at her and then seeing her “fit” into clothes that are 1x/2x smaller feels a bit disorientating - however I may be in denial about my own dress size in reality so totally willing to accept that, but i dunno in certain outfits her clothes look tight AF

I’ve been thinking about this a lot and definitely agree. I think it triggers my body dysmorphia more than I realised.

A while ago I made a point of following girls on insta a similar size to myself as a way of getting outfit ideas and ‘mid size visibility’.
Georgia, fran perks and Libsfaulk to name a few.
They all seemed to have gone up a few dress sizes, and have sort of acknowledged it, but I think I still see them as my size- so I’m now seeing myself as bigger?

I’m wording this terribly and I know they aren’t responsible for my body image but it’s just fucked how we judge our own bodies on the ones we see online

Incoherent ramble over.

Her whole personality all of a sudden

Don't worry, I'm sure she'll stop talking about it as much when cowboy boots go back out of fashion, stores stop selling them and she can't post aff links for them anymore! :ROFLMAO: Joking aside, I know she has said she's liked country music for ages but it does seem that all of a sudden it's her only interest. Mostly since she got back from her honeymoon.

She must only work at the salon about once a week now surely? Seems like she's hardly there, she's constantly at brand events and being gifted free trips now.

I do really like her but her latest breakdown about her asos haul….She starts the reel saying she’s a size 16 and then all the clothes are a size 14. Of course they aren’t going to fit and in turn make you feel rubbish!!!

I have body confidence issues no more than the next person but you’ve got to take steps to help yourself. Like ordering the correct size.

Agreed! Asos sizing is rough on my self esteem at the best of times, nevermind ordering a size down on purpose. Appreciate she’s shown a haul that’s not gone well though as it’s easy to think everything always fits everyone

That size 14 dress doesn’t fit anywhere. The pleats are stretched out across her stomach and hips so in reality it should be much looser and floatier. Just order the right size or order both and send one back. Who cares what the number is if it makes you feel nice? She winds me up with her body confidence then having a breakdown about a size 14 dress not fitting
