I've also noticed a few YouTubers with similar cartoon intros so I wouldn't bash Gemma for using a similar one to Elle. They may have even been contacted by the same artist who wants exposure.. who knows

I like Gemma, I don't really know or care who started first, her or Elle Darby but they are very similar. Elle starts to grate on me as it seems a bit forced and the irritating boo/hun/angels nonsense gets on my wick, but Gemma seems genuinely funny. I think Gemma does pout and preen too much but I'd blummin do it too if it meant I could pack up work and be at home every day in comfy clothes!!
 
Gemma barely showed half of her friends face in her latest homesense video.. how rude?! Why wouldn't she have the camera placed so the viewer can see both of them properly.. especially during the first bit in the car 😂 :unsure: This vlog made her seem very self-obsessed.

This! I totally get if you want to be the only one in your videos. It's your page and you e worked hard so you decide who's in it. However, if you do want to be the only one, then don't invite your poor friends to be in it! Just do it yourself and save the embarrassment of looking like a self absorbed weirdo.
 
Her filler is so so bad. It looks so uneven and botched, when I first started watching her I thought she knew it was botched and it would be fixed, but it’s getting worse... do none of her mates tell her how ridic and bumpy they look?????

Also is she still with her boyfriend?

I want to know if something has happened between her and Laura Meachem - they used to love each other before the Croatia trip and then Gemma seems to have replaced her with Amy and no likes/comments on either of their posts to each other since.

Nope, she hasn't mentioned him at all! I would assume they are over and done with.

I understand relationships are very personal... however, she did introduce him to her youtube audience. When the "significant other" suddenly vanishes from existence, you should give the audience a bit of closure. I'm sure she receives messages asking about him etc. one would think that saying something like "Jamie and I are no longer dating" would just shut everyone up about it.
 
I wonder if the relationship soured when on their holiday. He was fascinated by the archeology and wanted to share the experience with her but she just carried on chatting about pajamas or something, into her camera. I felt a bit sorry for him, maybe he just wants to stay off camera?? Also why does every third sentence she now utters, have to start with, 'I feel like...', its getting annoying 🙄

She’s still with him, you can only see his comments to her insta if you’re following him

Happy for her if that's the case.
Although it makes it even stranger that he isn't talked about remotely anymore. Again, she could if addressed that he didn't want to be on camera or they want to keep things private etc...

The only thing that made me slightly wonder if he is still around is that new autumn filter package😂
 
I think they might be still be together but she is deliberately trying to keep things more private this time which is a very wise decision imo.

She’s doing way too much pushing her crap and hugely overpriced filters on insta stories. They look so over the top fake and not in the good way she thinks, I say that because we all know she’s all about the fake surgical enhancement life so probably thinks fake is a compliment 😆

I don’t think she shows her with her friends because she acts completely different with them to how she does on camera, when you hear her sister and her friend who makes the chocolates in her videos they are completely normal talking and acting and she is much more lowkey with them.

She shows Sophie so much because she is closer to her and happy to go along with the over the top squealing although i notice she doesn’t even do the Elle Darby thing with her, it’s usually when Gemma is filming alone and does a stupid too long intro that she completely rips off Elle Darby’s own version of a ramped up fake, im so sassy, i’m so goofy, i’m your best friend and i love you all sooo much character.
