This won’t be in a nice area.
A 4/5 bed house, decent garden, single/double garage, parking for 2/3 cars, desirable location will be on average £450k but realistically anything from £420-550k in Peterborough or surrounding villages.

But I do agree with you, her house was £450k way over priced for the location, it would be worth that closer to where she lived before. It’s close to a main road, you can see her whole garden from the a47, there’s not much around. Only benefit would the units round where she lives would be cheap rental.
I’m still baffled by her choice of location tbh.

Just seen this on the Elle Darby thread. I’m just over there being nosy at the drama.. I don’t know much about her (watched about 10 mins of a vid a few years ago and she seemed unhinged so never followed.. seems my instinct was correct!)

I know on this thread people say Gemma wants to be her and looks up to her or something.. but how come Gemma cut her off then? What have I missed?

I’ll have to unfollow Gemma if she continues to follow Elle. That on top of skanky racist Jamie is too much for me to bare.

So crazy! I always feel as if Gemma sort of ridicules Jamie. She seems embarrassed by most of the things he says and does. I actually started to wonder why he stayed with her.

She doesn't seem to even like that house all that much, and is clueless how to style/decorate it. She never had that problem with the grey house, and 2 cottages she lived in. It's obvious she dislikes the kitchen, isn't all that fond of the bathroom, and the space leaves much to be desired in terms of rooms. I agree. I honestly felt the new house looked almost exactly like her last place. I was expecting something much nicer based on her comments and posts. I also wonder if there will be other homes/buildings built right behind their lot. I doubt it will remain as it is today for very long.
 
Bet she’s fuming that her pregnancy announcement views are so low. I know it’s been up for a year but Elles has 1.2m views.

Sad she feels the need to copy so much of what Elle does, hopefully this awful tweet business will make her look for some new role models.
