This poster only ever comments to jump onto Gemma's defence, and the fact she comments on Elle Darbys threads (who Gemma is completely and utterly obsessed with) is looking like this could be Gemma herself, or one of her super weird fans.

I bet the beige and green playhouse Jamie has just built for him is absolutely KILLING her… she’s probably made him move it so it’s not in her eye line when she’s looking through the kitchen or dining room window. The fact the grass is so green probably does her f*cking head in

It’s because they have no idea how to interact with him properly in order to encourage speech development.
I think someone mentioned before that instead of primarily talking to Noah, they talk about him when he is there and doing something.
I have a little one who is 2 in May as well and the difference between him and Noah is like night and day - my little one has really advanced speech in comparison and I genuinely put that down to talking to him properly, repetition (e.g. saying something like ‘look it’s your new playhouse’, ‘would you like to go and have a look at your play house’, ‘mummy will take you out to your playhouse to have a look’ etc etc you get the gist) and just actually engaging with my child, which to be honest, I rarely see them do.
It’s the constant ‘wowwwww’ about everything that grinds my gears. He is not going to learn language skills from them if that’s all they ever do… they talk to him like a little baby.

The fact that they just seem to ignore that there is an issue is just sad.
 
Did Gemma have a 4th degree tear with her first? She might be offered a C section so probably would have more of an idea when she will give birth. My sister was offered and did have a c section after hers.

Totally agree, she's so awkward around him and the only thing she ever says to him is wow, she hasn't got a clue how to talk to him. It's the fact she genuinely thinks he's thriving aswell, she's doing him more harm by refusing to admit to herself that he's severely delayed rather than get the help and support he really needs.
