I follow the fitness coach Rob Swaine on Instagram because I like a lot of his advice. He did a post recently about what’s he’s going to be doing on holiday and the difference between him and someone like Gemma.
He’s still gonna eat chocolate, he’s still going to drink Fanta, he won't be tracking. Basically just letting his hair down a bit because it’s a holiday!
