She just put “working with”, I’m sure from Emily Canhams thread you have to do #ad(work with them). Working with any brand is an ad.

Even if she’s worked with them in the past, ASA still want you to mention that you’ve worked with the brand previously. https://www.asa.org.uk/uploads/asse...68ff18277299/INFLUENCERGuidanceupdatev6HR.pdf clearly stated in here what the rules are!

If she was a customer I don’t feel she would put ‘working with’, more likely ‘using @lick’ or ‘trying @lick paint’. Her wording implies a business relationship to me

She’s definitely promoting a product though? She even promoted a paint of theirs that is similar to the paint she’s already got in her bedroom. She’s 100% promoting them with the way she’s doing it.
