Her Insta story post about feelings of guilt over food is very concerning. Not only are feelings like that a hallmark of disordered eating habits, but I'm highly uncomfortable with her posting something intensly personal and disordered like that on social media. How are her family and friends not encouraging her to seek counseling? (Or maybe they are and Gabby is ignoring them...)

I almost PM'ed her on Instagram to suggest counseling, letting her know how much it helped me and how much it could help her -- but I got scared that she'd take it the wrong way and post it on her stories for all to see and I'd be outed as a person recovering from an ED. :/

Probably for the best. A lot of influencers seem happy to 'call out' fans who have DM'd them by screenshotting and not blurring out the username... it's unfair!

I wonder what her relationship to her father is like?
Does anyone know? Her mom and brother are shown and talked about in videos sometimes, but what's with her dad?

I'm not sure of the total situation (obviously) -- but it sounds like they don't have much of a relationship. IIRC, I think back when she was first on youtube he came out as gay to the family and that caused some issues. I think the whole family continued living together though, and I think her parents and brother still live together in the family home. There have also been some insinuations by Gabby that maybe he wasn't exactly supportive when she announced herself as bisexual.

However she doesn't seem to have issues calling him up when she needs furniture assembled, pictures hung, or home moved... :unsure:

I think she's had issues with food for a long time...I remembered when she had the initial weight loss surgery before Youtube, it was to help with her binging. Although I don't think she ever address the issues aside from that. (Like addressing the root of the problem/going to therapy)

I also remember her bragging about being on some 'orange juice diet' and how that helped her lose a lot of her weight...even though it was essentially starving herself. When people called her out she got all pissy.
 
anyway she's going to be off enjoying holidays soon. think she has 2 lined up for oct and nov (or something)
All the more for her to continue be stuck-in-her-world

On her Instastories: it really bugs me when she insists Jeremy and Lily are *her* cats. Like, they live hours away from her, with her family, and are cared for by her family. Why can't she admit that she gave the cats to her family? It's so weird to continually insist they are her cats. So long as she has Nelly she will never be able to have Jeremy live with her, since the two don't get along. And she'll never be able to take Lily home, since Lily is permanent in her parents' home. And if they aren't living with her and aren't being cared for by her how is she claiming them as her cats??

I like Lucy Wood but I do NOT get this friendship.
At least jade billington has binned her off, that was the weirdest friendship I’ve seen in a long time, jade and her closet gay husband are like thumper the rabbits siblings, and gabby is like a miserable little magpie that flies around stealing happiness and eating the souls of the young.
I’m assuming her “friendships”with Hannah and Jade were Red Hare friendships. Forced to the max, and part of me wonders if Lucy is just too “nice” to chuck her in the bin.
I want to bin her myself but it’s like looking away from a crash site.
 
So I am back (properly) after YT legal bullshit, long story short --- you cannot keep this witch down

SUNDAY
  • Obviously singing Ariana so the comments can say "OmG yOU ArE SucH a Good SiNGer. ILYSM"
  • Meeting Lucy and Gemma
  • Moaning as she ate Pizza Express doughballs and now she has "wheat blot" because of her period --- This girl is cray, body dysphoria is a hella drug
  • Gemma and Lucy took her camera whilst she was in the toilet and Gemma joked "should we run away"...kinda wish they had as she would of had a melt-down
  • They went to a photobooth -- Gabbie should hold on to it, as this friendship will end very soon
  • I don't get this "frienship" anyways

MONDAY
  • She did 16,000 steps LEAVING HER HOUSE, normally it is 4,000???
  • Banged on about FeelUnique (NOT AN AD..NOT AN AD)

TUESDAY
  • Prepping for a "date" in that Rugrats PJ she ALWAYS WEARS
  • She then comes back at 11pm and says she had a "crappy day" and goes to the beach
  • Gets home at 3am --- no mention of "date"

WEDNESDAY
  • "I am very happy my mum is coming" -- you mean your slave?
  • Dunno how she is going to "make it" on the West-End when she can barely do a #Spon video for Spotify
THURSDAY
  • Went to the doctor to changer her pill --- sex? of course not, in regards to her mood
  • She also had to return a BOX of clothes she purchased
FRIDAY
  • In the same outfit as yesterday -- guess that BOX had nothing good in it
  • She sings loudly in her bathroom, yet complains when her neighbour moves a tiny bit
  • Filmed a bit of her session -- yes, she can sing but I do not see her on the West End. You need to do MORE than work on your voice.
SATURDAY
  • Packing for her holiday with her mum and her mums best friend --- yes she has NO friends
  • "I'm also gonna Facetime Hobbie" --- so they are friends again?
  • "I'm suppose to be seeing someone soon" -- she likes pretending to be mysterious
  • So Gabbie has an online friend, she has met like twice, but talks to everyday???
