Chatgpt has a point here:
"Getting my stomach widened for the third time" still doesn't align with any standard medical procedures. After weight loss surgery (WLS), the stomach can naturally expand over time if a person overeats, but there's no recognized surgical procedure to intentionally widen the stomach repeatedly. If she’s referring to a corrective procedure after complications or overstretching due to poor post-op care, that would be more plausible, but it's not the same as actively trying to widen it.
Her statement sounds either misleading or a misunderstanding of the procedures she’s undergone. If she’s claiming this kind of surgery, it’s possible she’s not providing accurate or clear information to her audience.
Is this all a complication of having weight loss surgery at eighteen and then ignoring all the after care advice, eating like tit, stretching her stomach back out, having further cosmetic surgery on her torso, allegedly taking ozempic etc etc or am I just a heartless witch for thinking so?
I think Gabby and Cam will see each other at Christmas and then that will be it. They’ll break up around January and Gobs will go radio silent for like two months, and come back as though Cam never existed. We’ll get a few passive aggressive Taylor song lyrics thrown in as well
- Doctors sometimes perform endoscopic dilation to treat strictures, where a balloon is used to stretch the narrowed part of the stomach or intestines. It’s possible that she’s undergone this type of procedure multiple times if the strictures keep recurring.
then I asked if she can do something to avoid that:
- Yes, recurring strictures after a gastric band or balloon procedure can sometimes be due to factors related to how the patient manages their post-surgical care. Some reasons might include:
Addressing these factors can sometimes help reduce the risk of recurrence, but it’s essential to follow medical advice and make necessary lifestyle adjustments.
- Poor dietary habits: Eating too quickly, not chewing food well, or consuming foods that are too hard or sticky can exacerbate strictures.
- Inadequate follow-up care: Missing regular check-ups or not adhering to the recommended treatment plan can lead to complications.
- Infection or inflammation: Persistent issues with infection or inflammation can cause the area to narrow again.
Even AI thinks she has brown eyesOff topic but I recently discovered an AI app and out of curiosity, uploaded a photo of myself and asked it to analyse my face, skin and hair tones and colours. It gave me a whole entire description and recommended makeup products for my skin tones etc. now I’m addicted to the stupid thing!!

I put pics of Gabby through AI. Check this out compared to me who actually has green eyes.. I bet she’ll say AI is wrong too.
Hahaha yup, that’s why I shared it, makes me laugh!!!Even AI thinks she has brown eyes
AI is just such a hater.Hahaha yup, that’s why I shared it, makes me laugh!!!
AI was the troll controlling the waltzers all alongAI is just such a hater.
I don't know how to say it...so I'm just going to say it. She looks like she is of a very similar shape and weight to how she was when she hiding in the grey jumpers doing WW or SL and living off packs of bacon. She could well be malnourished from her own food choices, but she certainly isn't underweight. If you’ve ever seen someone who is medically struggling with food intake, it doesn’t take long for them to look like tit. Just from a vitamin deficit as well as muscle wastage from their body trying to survive. They don’t tend to be doing transatlantic travel and 4 hour long concerts.
This part confused me the most because she's always showing herself on a 'sick day' crying in bed eating junk food?Oh we're lucky she doesn't show us her sick days, huh?
OMG! The greenest eyes of them all!!!View attachment 3165354 q
She is the most pathetic excuse of a person I've ever seen.
Side note: she changed her bio to 'childless cat lady' lol how very original
It’s a reference to a comment made by JD Vance as part of the US election campaign, but she’s using it because that’s what Taylor Swift signed off her political statement with:The term I've seen the most is " childfree by choice " but we know she really wanted kids at some point so I don't think it's a fit for here.
