I genuinely think she is just too stupid to understand what surgeries she’s having, and is too lazy to articulate herself properly. I went back to find the videos on it and she said it’s a esophogeal dilation because she has a stricture. So it’s nothing to do with stretching her stomach

Nah I was going to say the same thing. The second she turned 18 she had the gastric sleeve. I don’t buy her story for a second that “none of the treatment was working for weight loss so she had no other choice”. I’m not trying to diagnose her, but many of us have seen the long-term mental health impacts of worrying about her body image and her issues around food. I can’t imagine the repeated issues around her stricture do much to help either. Why no one thought to investigate the psychological side of her situation is beyond me.

She repeatedly gets invasive treatments and doesn’t follow aftercare or even common sense - like “I have a condition which limits the volume of food I can eat, maybe I shouldn’t eat a pizza the size of my face”. There are still people who follow her health content because it’s relatable for them. She doesn’t have to share everything, but the way she presents her conditions is careless at best and dangerous at worst IMO

If you’ve ever seen someone who is medically struggling with food intake, it doesn’t take long for them to look like tit. Just from a vitamin deficit as well as muscle wastage from their body trying to survive. They don’t tend to be doing transatlantic travel and 4 hour long concerts.

Oh we're lucky she doesn't show us her sick days, huh? She's the only one to ever suffer from a health crisis. She really thinks she's God's gift to humanity. That's got to be one of the most narcissistic things she's said.

Guess what? Her conditions can be handled if only she took better care of herself, exercise some self control, discipline and yeah, go to therapy. Just admit that she likes the attention it gives her because being ill all the time is the only way she can feel special.
 
Off topic but I recently discovered an AI app and out of curiosity, uploaded a photo of myself and asked it to analyse my face, skin and hair tones and colours. It gave me a whole entire description and recommended makeup products for my skin tones etc. now I’m addicted to the stupid thing!!

I don't know how to say it...so I'm just going to say it. She looks like she is of a very similar shape and weight to how she was when she hiding in the grey jumpers doing WW or SL and living off packs of bacon. She could well be malnourished from her own food choices,but she certainly isn't underweight.

Cam won't ever dump her despite the attraction not being there, but she probably won't want to pay to fly to see her often or at all. Gabs is the sugar momma. If there is a break up it will need to come from gabbeh's side
