She didn't seem that heavy to me, I'm a hell of a lot fatter than she is and I don't think I could lose that much without putting in time at the gym.

If she was eating way above her calorie intake and that suddenly dropped and she drank plenty of water she easily could have lost 7 pounds in a week then 3/4 for a few weeks after that though. If your diet is horrendous you don't need the gym, just changing diet and significant decrease in calories can add up !
I myself dropped from 19 to 17 stone in 9 weeks from just doing that when I was getting over BED !
I highly doubt she did lose that weight though cause Gabby is always in her child mental state and I have no idea where she would get the motivation and willpower to lose it that quick.

Christ lol this is like those women who are like I only get on with guys cause I'm a bleep 😂
Its sad though cause girl hasn't a clue about friendship! I see my 2 groups of friends once a month and every else indovidially at most twice a month !
God she NEEDS sensorimotor therapy and CBT. They would sort her right out. She needs a LOT of work done though!! At the core it's all self hate with Gabbs

Who sees their friends daily? I'm lucky if I see mine monthly.
 
Having an entourage of loads of pals that all know each other is not very common. I mean I had it at uni but once we all started 'adulting' in our separate ways we dispersed and it's not very often you meet more than a couple of people at a time, we are all so busy! It's unrealistic for Gabbs to expect to have a big group of friends, but not unrealistic to find some through attending a group activity, or part time work etc. They are not going to come through her front door!

Doesn’t she always say that she’s gets annoyed with people so could never live with anyone etc
I found it strange that she said in her latest video that she could have friends over when she gets the blinds done as they couldn’t stay before, so where does Jane stay then? It’s one excuse after another with her
 
Agree that being school age or at college / uni you see your friends daily but most adults working full time to struggle to see their friends multiple times in a month as everyone is so busy!

Obv she doesn’t understand this as she doesn’t have a conventional 40 hour a week job or hobbies that take up her time
