I have no idea who this Binky person is yet I can tell she's as much of a giant The World Owes Me type bellend as Gabby.

If you say something that makes you sound like an hole or behave in a way which is problematic or express things which are actually wrong, people will respond with criticism.
 
It’s really unethical business to take people’s orders and not crack on packing but to have “sandwich breaks” of your mumion and cat stood in your toilet 🙁

No “forgive me” tit. Work through the night and switch off orders if you have to, you entitled heifer.

Any head could open up a shop with a million products and claim they’re tew overwhelmed to deal with the orders and they’d be rightfully called a scammer.

It's weird to me that she doesn't have processing times, I've never known a business not to have them lol

She’s not a one woman team though is she, she’s a two woman team at the moment. If she expects us to believe she’s not getting Jane to do at least half, if not more of the work, she’s a bleeping idiot!
 
I agree with what other have said she has 900 orders yesterday, did she start packing orders yesterday or just start today? If it was my business I'd be working late to pack the orders not saying I need bed before 9am.
