I follow someone on Instagram who has started her own small business recently.

Yesterday she did a DITL on stories and she showed how many orders she had and it was around 250. She packed ALL 250 up (sweet hampers so not just a sticker in an envelope) and had them ready for DPD to pick up at 2:30pm. Then she spent the afternoon doing admin, a video meeting, and social media stuff.

Oh and she has two kids under 4. One is only a few months old and was with her the entire time.

Tell me why Gobs cries every day?!

She needs shaking. Just some life experience would do her the world of good. Not to minimise anyones struggles, but her mental health issues seem to stem purely from having too much time with nothing to do but live in her own thoughts. Because she has zero life, even when there isn't a pandemic raging.

Definitely! Hiding herself away for years on end not interacting with colleagues and working alongside other people is only hampering her confidence issues. Yes she may own her home and have a nice income but she has no life to speak of. Or life experience. It’s empty and her mental health is suffering. Volunteering in a charity shop or doing something other than sitting alone at home would help her massively

Yes, this is exactly it - I would never want to downplay anyone's mental health issues, I have several diagnosed mental health issues myself - but being in lockdown has made me realise how much you actually overthink and how much worse it gets when you basically are a hermit and only interact with your mum and some friends online. She needs just any life experience that involves participating in the real world and socialising a bit more with real people that aren't her minions or hAterZ online
