Yeah I was just about to say this. It took a relatively long time for her to buy the flat given how much she’s earned, and she’s not at her peak anymore. Not to mention I reckon she had help from Jane re the mortgage. I doubt any bank would let Jane have three mortgages, she’s not exactly a banker or whatever.
Interesting though she wants us to think she can’t afford to pay an assist but can afford all the costs of buying another property 😂 she’s on another planet I stg.

Got to buy her Juniper Moon tat to help her get a new kitchen, but she can totally definitely buy a second home!

Surely by seeing how much her income has dropped off over the last 5 years, she is going to have to realise the days of milk and honey are over?

Jewniper Mewn is just a vanity project at playing shops. The fact shes taken weeks off since launch kind of proves that. Silly cow.

I disagree. I have some great landlords at the moment, so not all are bad! They have been doing it for years and are attentive when I need them, then leave me well alone when I don't.

I imagine Gabby would be a pain in the arse though. She strikes me as the type of person who'd come for your three/six month inspection and start rearranging your furniture to suit HER style and will remind you it is HER house, and she is doing you such a favour for letting you live there.

She can't even do something on social media to improve engagement or build her customer base whilst taking this 'break' . I don't know what she could do, but she's supposed to be the creative one here 🙄

As soon as she takes a break, the JM socials do too. It looks so bad.

My friend runs a small, personalised printing business. Single mum to 4 and last year had a hernia operashun. She does not stop! She makes Gobshite look so lazy and amateur.

It is great that we can disagree, Gabby wouldn’t allow that 😅.
There can of course be good landlords individually but the concept of landlords as a whole is morally bankrupt. Anyway, I don’t want to derail the thread.

Gabby would be a particularly awful landlady, she will throw out tenants out for not buying a new piece of IKEA furniture per quarter.
 
Not like she has a shop to run lol

I don't understand why she can't use Hootsuite (or other applications) to keep posting daily content on her Instagram. It's free, it's easy and it's how you grow a bigger following? For someone who is in the Social Media / Content Marketing world, you'd think she would know things about SM. Then again, this is the same girl who's been online for years and doesn't know what SEO is.

This has pissed me off. She's essentially bragging about her wealth in one of the worst economic times. So many people have lost their houses/income/jobs etc and she's going on about casually buying another property? She is completely out of touch.
