As if she’s back on the lawyer bullshit. I’m sorry but unless these are all the same person there is no legal recourse for 100 people sending you one ‘bullying’ comment 🙄 like the ‘you’re a disgrace’ one here, what legal action does she think she can take with that? It’s ridiculous. She needs to grow up.

Gabby’s ‘lawyer’ is just Gabby Googling the law, misunderstanding it, and then spouting off on Twitter. Like she seriously thinks when she reads about online harassment etc and the extremely serious cases dealt with by law that they’re the exact same as one person sending one comment to her. Some of the comments she’s talking about are so tame I cannot believe any lawyer would tell her to collect this tit.

Remember when she was at Disneyland with the twins and they met a few viewers? Gob was so awkward and kind of hid behind Lydia but still seemed happy enough. Then, the person put the video onto THEIR YouTube channel and Gob kicked off saying they ambushed her and made her feel awkward. This was after someone in the comments asked what Gabby was like in real life, they replied saying she was a bit odd hahahahhah
 
Thanks to gobs the word bully has lost all meaning to me. Like what the duck are you 12(ofc you are) jesus bleeping christ you're 26 going on about bullies, how bleeping sad. She's just so self obsessed, no one else matters it's my way or the high way(I.e my way or you're a big smelly bully)

7 Effective ways according to Gabz to be kind to your mind:
  1. Forgive yourself and accuse others of your misery, of course they are the ones to blame, you are just a little and delicate cow flower...
  2. Don't Appreciate them—even if you don't feel doing so, hate them, accuse them to their parents even if they are your own age...
  3. Don't Stop stalking them. ...
  4. Don't Celebrate with them, make it all about you...or get bitter and pee on their happiness
  5. Don't Prevent yourself from talking bad about these people and what they did to you, make up stories if you have to, talk crap about them on your socials. Even if it's a lie.
  6. Don't Focus on improving yourself, stay in the couch all day and get take aways every damn day.
  7. Do not clean yourself or wash your hands, get a cat to do it for you...
If nothing of the above works, call your lawyer and threat them.
 
In order to actually 'bully' there has to be an imbalance of power. Random account with 3 followers messaging influencer with a lot of followers, no imbalance of power there, those are just mean comments. Gabby publicly posting usernames and encouraging fans to go after them, like the 11 year old girl with the 'moo' comments - definite imbalance of power there, so therefore Gabby is doing the bullying.
 
I feel conflicted on this one, on the one hand no one should go onto their dms to find those messages but then on the other she really needs to turn off her dms to people she doesn’t follow back/remove the option to comment on posts... or ya know just come off social media for a while.

I'm not all the way through the thread yet so forgive me if it's been posted. I don't agree with those messages either and they were extremely aggressive, but surely Gabs knows the *actual* definition of troll? That they can and do use others information. I didn't read all of the messages but if it was harassing, why would you not get someone to help you out in the cyberworld? You know like track an IP address (this lie that influencers spread explained here) instead of messaging people who probably don't know what the fucks going on and had their info stolen? (And yes, I know ips can be hidden/faked etc) It's astounding her job is the internet and she doesn't know how it works...
 
If i was jane i would be getting gabs off the internet,if thats the type of messages she receives id be heartbroken seeing my child talked to like that, some of the comments she gets sent are too far. We have tattle as a safe space to vent about her and she can choose not to read here, no need for sending her hate.
 
Another thing, surely if someone was using a burner account to troll her, they wouldn't delete it after being blocked by her? Assuming someone's a troll they're bound to be trolling more than just her? Makes me even more suspicious that she made them herself and is deleting the evidence so no one can attempt to view the profiles and somehow link them to her

Sorry to disagree but I don’t think it’s a good idea to encourage her to do this at all, it’s incredibly invasive. IP addresses can give you someone’s exact location and that of their family if they live together. While some of the messages she receives are often quite horrible, they aren’t all as bad as she makes out. If she went to the police every time she got a message that she considers to be bullying and harassment she would never leave the police station. Fact is it’s not a crime to send someone one nasty message, thats why she can’t get the police to help her. I don’t agree with people sending those messages but she doesn’t help herself at all, she could turn off receiving messages from people she doesn’t follow for example.
Unfortunately I think she actually thrives on the attention, she loves posting all these messages. Before she even started saying she had a lawyer she said she had been collecting this information for years for ‘when the law changes’. We’ve pointed out on here many times the criminal law is not changing in the way she seems to think. She’s just trying to shut everyone up, it’s pathetic.
