Yep, what she went through in one year, electively, was brutal. Gabbie doesn’t like to wait for anything, and wants instant gratification, so she chose to have all that done as quickly as possible, with no thought to the mental and physical consequences, or the aftercare required. It’s certainly desensitised her to the trauma of surgery, and she obviously gets a buzz from the whole experience now. It’s quite fascinating.
she said in the video that the only reason she was telling everyone about the surgeries was because summer was approaching and she wanted to wear pretty summer tops, so needed to make it public, so she wouldn’t get loads of questions. Really? That’s the ONLY reason? How vain can one be? Still never seen her wear a pretty summer top though, because none of it actually worked, and she’s exactly where she was, crippled with self consciousness, as she was before she went through all that. And still craving more surgery, gah! It’s honestly mind boggling.
 
The only time I’ve ever felt sorry for her was watching that weight loss video.. despite it being her choice there’s no denying it would have been physically brutal going through all of that. However, I watched another surgery video the other day and she’s straight outta surgery with a packet of freaking quavers on the little hospital table and whatever else. She just doesn’t learn. Fill your body up with nutritious food and you’ll heal a lot faster.. the absolutely bleeping junk she consumes on a daily basis and doesn’t think twice about is gonna catch up with her eventually

She had the initial one, then she had one because the surgeon velvetb0tched her bewb job. Apparently they stabbed a knife through one of the implants “which was, like, a 1 in a million chance of that happening”. Then she had a third one, can’t remember why

pretty sure that’s one of the instances that started off the “worst case the doctors have ever seen!” In-joke we have

2. Fixing the 'botched' job
3. Reshaping as she wanted them more fake looking?

She’s such a rude twit. duck off no one cares about your 8 surgeries. You aren’t allowed any food/drink you knob. She acts like she’s had these surgeries with no choice, stupid witch.

I just can’t get my head around the fact that she had the WL surgery as soon as she was 18 and presumably legally able to. She was overweight, but she wasn’t morbidly obese from what I can tell, and the surgery clearly wasn’t a last resort after trying everything else, as she was so very young.
The other thing I find bizarre is the amount of corrective surgery she had done in the space of a year, and despite being very ill and nearly dying, needing a blood transfusion and then discharging herself, the surgeons went ahead and did several other operations in the same year. Doesn’t make sense to me.
I know scars fade, but they don’t disappear completely. She must look like a patchwork quilt.
And despite all that she continues to abuse her body with the worst diet I’ve ever seen. 🤯

To have to have so much corrective surgery she must just jump at whatever is the cheapest.

not sure if it was orginal, more fake looking which they then botched up and then had them done again because she had two different implants in her boob.

She doesn't think twice because she knows she can just go for another quick fix surgery. If you've never spent the time developing healthy nutrition and exercise, you wouldn't think twice about what you put inside your body. People who have at least tried, know how disciplined you need to be and how long the journey can be. She's lazy, impatient, and unmotivated. If she needed the initial weight loss procedure, then fine. But she made absolutely no effort to take care of her body after that. This is all on her.
 
Is she going to do that thing she does every new year where she has an operation in december then announces that 2021 is going to be her best year yet then dye her hair a different colour then realise she's still the same crappy person with no friends and no real life and go on a tweet delete spree and block some more fans?

I have no idea how this kind of surgery works, but I am surprised they don't weigh her and see she's gained a lot of weight back, and refuse to do these things even on that basis? It seems strange.
I think the thing with Gabby is she is obviously one of those people (much like myself) who will have to watch what they eat forever to maintain a healthy weight/smaller size. She doesn't seem to have worked out that she can't just get surgery and stay thin. She cheated the band or whatever it was she had, and now she's gained half the weight back by the looks of it. So she can either change her eating habits for good or accept her size, but she will probably continue to gain weight if she doesn't work on her eating. She can't just keep getting weight surgery all the time, it's crazy.

I'm like that too, my diet is admittedly similar to gob's, but I do try to eat healthy and exercise when I can. I am extremely aware that I can do better 😂
It's concerning how no doctor that we know of has given her an intervention to work on her mental health. Cos this is the obvious underlying issue here. And tbh, quite irresponsible.

She's gonna end up like Cassandra from Doctor Who cos she wants to be so 'thin and dainty'. Just a piece of skin.

Some kids want to be in school getting their education Gabbage, not something you would understand. Most children have missed masses of school this year with little work sent home, it’s important they don’t miss out while we get through the pandemic.
And is she an expert on pins now because she has a crap shop? Dead 😂 not like she would ever buy one anyway, god forbid she support another small business.

I reckon this surgery is so she doesn’t have to meet George’s girlfriend lol isn’t weird that her and her brother do seem to be fairly close with him coming to stay with his bald mate and stuff and them tagging each other in things it’s odd she hasn’t made the effort to meet the new girl I wonder what the Christmas plans are this year imagine them all round the dinner table 🤣
