So it's not okay for someone to stare at her artwork in a PUBLIC setting but it's totally cool to film someone doing work at your private house? That has no idea they're being filmed? I'm unsure about UK but I know where I'm at in the US there's no expectation of privacy in public settings, but if there was sound on her video at home it would be illegal.
