Dying at this tweet 🤣🤣🤣 yeah shes got soooooo many friends! And the acquaintances she does have, she does nothing but shade them on twitter.

If I remember from her surgery video, it sounds like when Gabby was an overweight teenager her mum sent her to someone who just bunged her on some diet pills which made her - in her own words - 'tit out fat' so she quickly learned her best option was to eat fatty foods and then take the pills.

Now this is still Gabby's fault too: God knows she's got the time and money to properly educate herself on a balanced diet, actually commit to seeing a personal trainer rather than pretending to and even see a proper dietitian and a therapist to address her crappy relationship with food and her body. And she definitely couldn't afford all those surgeries without her YouTube money. However, Jane sent the message from an early age that Gabby could find a quick fix for her weight and health issues and she's been trying to take the easy way out ever since.

She's 27 now though, an adult who should have started taking responsibility for herself by now. No one else is going to do it for her
 
what is actually wrong with her? surely she knows everyone can see through how jealous and bitter she is in regards to her “friend” having a small business. hasn’t supported Lucy at all yet is now opening her own and will be the first one to moan if her “friends” don’t support it? she just continues to prove what everyone knew - she only thinks about herself
