I think it’s her attempt at showing she’s so relatable but I find it the opposite, to be honest. I wouldn’t ever do an Instagram Story without brushing my hair and trying to look more presentable, especially if it were my job!

Exactly. I thought the same. If she would really have the worst ear infection ever she sure as hell wouldn’t be able to do a PT session. Attention bleep.
 
Does anyone listen to the Fat Chat podcast? Bar her inability to be serious I like it - lone fat voices ringing out there in pod land.

I was hoping the one on female masturbation would be a good listen but good gracious, the vulgarity - that’s all it was, 80% her being as vulgar as she can. It’s almost a contradiction of what she’s aiming for I think - like actually for all her shouting about women, certainly larger women, talking about what they want and aren’t usually given the space to - she’s comes over as not actually that comfortable with discussing this stuff - it gets absolutely drowned in crassness.

I was so distracted by how juvenile it was. Completely attention seeking.

Curves and Curls barely got a, more considered, word in.

I understand men get to be vulgar about masturbation in mainstream culture but that’s also juvenile, crass and masking something.

Her way of talking actually does the exact opposite of normalising. She makes it a gross thing to do. As soon as she starts talking about “Fanny flaps” and “flicking the bean” instead of normal terms, I just zone out and don’t want to hear more.

It’s so juvenile and crass. It’s a vagina and it’s my clitoris. The most I’ll say is that’s I’m having a wank but I just find it so unfunny and childish

It could have been such a refreshing and positive way of normalising masturbation but she totally screwed it up and made it gross and uncomfortable by using vulgar language and swearing every other sentence. It felt ridiculous. I really think she is just not very intelligent. Dumb actually. I found Curves and Curls not a lot better but Georgina was so embarrassingly bad, it had the vibe of C&C being the professional interviewing the amateur. All she could say is “wank, fanny, party in my pants, minge” etc.
 
Same. That’s what I was expecting tbh - mature, normalising chat, have a laugh of course but that’s different from what they did. And yes it felt like C&C was interviewing George who was loudly proudly set to broadcast. George showed little interest in asking C&C questions.

I like what FFFB started out doing and I do still see and appreciate what she does on body confidence and the right to exercise, fashion, enjoying life to the max but ....
 
I must admit at 42 it’s not something my friends especially talk about. Could be our upbringing, Catholic with a hefty Irish heritage for most. I recall maybe talking about it twice, always quite drunk.
 
I agree it differs wildly based on the people involved. I have for more open conversations with some friends than I do with others, it’s about being respectful to everyone’s boundaries. Some people do not want to talk about such intimate topics and that is fine. But we’re all adults that have a good idea of where to go if we need information and don’t have a circle of friends to turn to.

The issue is younger women that need some education but feel embarrassed. Her using that kind of language is only going to push shy, young women further into the shadows.
 
Can we talk about the design FAIL of her own sportswear? Look at the boob spillage and the back fat bulge...

Going on about a shadow ban again.
I saw the photo and I didn’t like it. That’s probably what happened for most people. What can’t she understand about that?
And I thought she was a lingerie model/blogger - you can’t even see what she’s ‘modelling’ there and there’s no tags or links. It’s just a crappy boudoir shot where she‘s pulling a weird face. 🤷🏻‍♀️
 
She's recycling a lot of old pics at the moment ...all badly filtered/ photo shopped and all of her in the same awkward poses.

She really isn't good at the modelling stuff but she's definitely an expert at ruining some lovely clothes that's for sure !
