I opted out with one of my children because the HV for my area at that time was an utter idiot. I had way more knowledge and experience in child development than her and I didn’t want to waste my time on her anymore.
Some HV are great, some are not, I’ve had dealings with both types professionally and as a parent.
 
Does she really think her food inspires people?

My health visitor appointments so far have consisted of a 10 minute phone call, and then a two minute one at 8 weeks where the HV asked if I'd booked her vaccinations and whether I was still combi feeding her. I told her I was formula feeding her now and she just said "ah well at least you tried" and that was it. 😂
 
Maybe I was blessed with a good HV but she’s an ex neonatal nurse and has helped me so much with my LGs silent reflux as she suffered the same with her daughter. Not only has she called me weekly to check on how we are but she’s wrote letters to the doctor to recommend medication and chased up our dietician referral 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think it’s hit and miss though as I’ve heard some horror stories. George definitely needs the support of someone though to tell her where she’s going massively wrong with that kids development. Whether that be Robbie, the doula, a friend or her HV.

A neonatal nurse becoming a HV makes sense. An adult nurse becoming a HV makes no sense. I’m ITU and couldn’t do it.

As has been said before no one should take any advice from her. Her ‘difficult’ fertility journey is a joke compared to most couples that need IVF or have had any losses and her lazy baby care nothing to be proud of.

HAHA!! What a serious joke! She literally had just started her IVF journey and succeeded on the first go (sure, failed implantation but she did succeed getting an embryo) and how she's an EXPERT ON ALL THINGS INFERTILITY, PREGNANCY, LABOUR AND BREASTFEEDING. The complete expert... i am absolutely gobsmacked anyone would consider taking any advice from her, ever... what a joke.

Who the hell does she think she is!!! I’m infuriated she’s asked this, she’s a lazy slob who has just exploited her minimal ivf experience and her poor baby for cheap ads . I seriously couldn’t think of anyone worse to ask for parenting advise
 
So sat on her phone for 45 mins with her tit hanging out for no reason because baby is actually asleep but it's important she shares that information with the internet...why? She really has no idea of how pathetically juvenile she is ...

And as suspected the wet lettuce of a husband is completely on board with there being zero wrong with her online behaviour if that petty little exchange where they comment about swearing in front of the baby is anything to go by ..


And I can categorically state there is no one on this planet who has decent functioning taste buds that is going to replicate that plate of shite she has shown on her stories. She literally throws everything from her cupboard in ..no thought for what works together.

Oh and FYI George...you carry on eating like that whilst breastfeeding expect the nappies from hell to start coming...that poor babies tummy.
