I actually laughed so hard when she said she was approved to be a milk donor.. like i actually laughed hysterically hahahaha! She's already struggling, even with a doula.. how is she also going to manage to donate milk? Oh, sorry, I forgot, she can produce 15 litres of milk in 2 mins... she'll probably hire a milk doula to help her package up the milk and do the sterilising, cos you know, it's so hard when her 3 month old is STILL cluster feeding!
