I do not dislike Becky's dress tbh, I kindnofnlike the draping fit she had worse outfits but it looks like bra is too padded.

or she had a new boob job or lost some weight again and that is why it is more visible there was a boob job with boobs not fitted to her small frame.

No judgment, it is not like I think women should hide their boobs but as a person who knows how uncomfortable it is when people stare at your chest and not face I would choose less highlighting outfit but that is just me clutching my pearls
