WTF Carmen is giving nutrition advice now? the disclaimer that this is what works for her is not enough because she still answers people's questions and why would anyone ask her what does she eat if not to take suggestion from it? I am not dissing her choices, actually some things she wrote I would choose myself, but I feel it is still unnecessary for her to even touch that topic. It's as pointless as Rebecca's breakfast video (that was a hidden Alo ad, but that is a whole another story)

EDIT: PS there are more translations of Becky's interview on Instagram and it is even worse imo, it is like painting a picture that his parents (or their friends) would like to be reading. Carlos' name is not written in the article - my theory is that it is on purpose, to show her as a model that is so famous it made sense to interview her, while it is more than probable that she would not get the cover if not for Carlos. It seems from the translations that the magic thread or whatever it was was really something she said after mentioning Ferrari ad. I wonder if she already told him that fate brought them together (while it was probably someone who has a name and last name and connections). There is also a quote about social media that is like copy-paste from what carlos is sometimes saying - what of course is in total contradiction looking at for example her birthday posts: "I like to use my socials to show my work but not my private life".
In the interview she also mentions Gleneagles hotel, so the place where that bday lunch was

The problem with these wags is that they are not posting just general answers, but very specific stuff that they push to be healthy, but in many cases it's really not, just some weird trend that people follow because it's cool. I've had an issue with Cha doing this with gluten free stuff and now Carmen does it too with lactose free stuff.
