These people don't care about actual relationship (whatever type of the relationship it is), they care about how to use it for publicity.
Just look how seemingly innocent picture caused. People talk about her like crazy. She knows exactly what and how to post as she wants people to talk. She wouldn't survive being in (any) private relationship.

But don't drivers/teams usually arrive with their luggage already to the track, especially if they leave immediately afterwards?

If that is Lando's suitcase it is even worse tbh, shows some next level of desperation if you have to post pics with someone suitacases to prove you might have seen them
