She's supposed to be having her nose and legs done so if she has those 3 together then she'll get a discount - or a 3 for 2 offer .. you know like you get in Tesco when they do the special offers on biscuits !! She's a bleeping muppet she really is !!
 
She's got a fair bit of skin to be lifted there. And thats with all the botox she already has had

I have to say as well, I've had a good 'nose' at their website as I have been hankering after a nose job since I was about 13 and became aware of it.... I never really investigated having surgery as I just assumed the cost was out of my budget. But looking at this clinic's website makes me think it might not be as out of reach as I think. But I'm not sure I would feel comfortable enough to leave my child at home while I go and have optional surgery...
 
They seem to use filters on the pics of their work. Something for them to have in common with floppycock.

They may be good for some, but there are always risks involved with multiple procedures all at the same time. But she's the expert so I doubt she'll listen to anyone 🙄

She's started the hard plastic surgery route now. She'll get more and more done I can see it now

I'm glad to hear you had a good experience...... I'm sure out of the 100 thousands that do go the majority are fine with no after issues... but did you have 4 surgeries at one time ? also she is such a 'quick fix' kinda girl I bet she doesn't do the aftercare properly because she'll be an expert because she's read up ! I think she will be there a week .... she said she was due back next Monday...... but again, surely they wouldn't do 4 procedures in one day and she would have to be put under a couple of times maybe... though nose, eyes, lipo probably local ? I would imagine the boob job she would be under general anasethic ? (sorry can't spell it !!).....

ETA - she's lost over 35 followers since she went !!
 
I had two procedures done under general at the same time (boobs and tummy tuck)
When I went they would only do two at a time, so arms/legs, arms/boobs. I didn’t see anyone having anything facial and body done at the same time. The recovery is brutal, I deffo glad I didn’t go over on my own and stayed a good while afterwards
Following the aftercare advice is vital, especially to reduce infections
