He had surgery in an attempt to correct the issues in December last year but clearly it hasn't helped in the slightest.

Well, as the game is a local derby I can see somebody getting sent off. From what I have read in the last 2 games Crewe have tried to wind up the opposition so I bet they will do that against us to try to get one of our players sent off.
