Andy Robertson has been with his fiancé since they were young and have 2 young children close in age. Doesn’t seem like much drama. Same with Henderson. Been with his wife since he was younger they have 2 girls and had a baby boy this year. From what I understand she’s the most welcoming out of the ‘wags’ at Liverpool/England and is really friendly to the younger and newer girlfriends.

I hope he does come out. The large majority would be so supportive of him, and it will hopefully open the gates to many more as pretty much every Football team probably has a player who is at least bisexual.

You know I keep seeing stuff about how footballers are bisexual I find that interesting but I can totally see it. Do you think any of the wags are bisexual as well? Or do the men shy away from stuff like that.

I really really hope he does. The thing is if one courageous man does, then I am sure more and more will start coming out. I find it so sad that here we are in 2020 and there isn’t one openly gay player in the Premier League. If any of my team decide to come out I would be so supportive. Any fan who isn’t, should not call themselves a fan in my opinion.
 
Could well be the best time to come out, what with there being no fans in stadiums right now. Social media would be a massive issue but he could always private all that or come off it for a bit. He shouldn’t have to but we all know people are idiots online. Poor guy is obviously miserable hiding his sexuality and wants a relationship so he should be able to have one.

I’d wholeheartedly support any player who said they were gay/bisexual, whoever they play for. It’s mad that we even need to have this conversation in 2020, it shouldn’t be an issue.
 
Any recent Tea on Ched Evans? Saw him last summer in Picollinos Alderley Edge and although he seemed to be keeping a low profile his "crowd" were being loud & obnoxious. Lots of them seemed to be taking more than just prosecco & my fella heard them talking in the toilet about how the night will only get better once Ched starts getting the birds in. Towards the end of the night they were all kicked out after a fight started in the car park and ched was shoved into a private car and driven off quickly.

It's hard though to do it when the last 'out' gay player killed himself and was disowned by his family. Football just seems to be so regressive with this. It's impossible for there to be no gay players in pro football when 10% of the population is gay.

I think a lot of them are numb emotionally. I think a lot ( but not all ) wags are not that well educated like footballers themselves and come from poor backgrounds so when faced with a lifetime on the checkouts at Tesco it's a price worth paying at the time. Then they get caught up in the lifestyle and kids etc and feel they cant leave. Even if they cant standxeach other, the footballers are barely home. They are either training or playing. To be fair, I lived in London and a lot of bankers wives in the City did the same, and they were in the main educated and could have made a life of their own but chose to marry a rich man and sit at home while the husband shagged around. It's not just wags that do it.

Its actually crazy when you think about it. I guess it's the love that makes the women stay. I know people say that it's hard to leave which I get but still what a lot of them go through is mad.

I think about the footballers who have famous girlfriends or girlfriends with some type of a career. I've always wonder what their relationships are like.
